Monica’s in the North End makes my favorite chicken cutlet sub, so when I found out they had an airport location I was thrilled (I wish I had checked the reviews). After the first half of my sandwich and tasting little to no cutlet, I decided to pop open the hood and see what was going on. To my surprise I saw THIS DISGRACE, a sliver portion of chicken with hardly any cheese and condiments. The worst part is they charged more for this “sandwich” than they do in the North End. It feels like absolute robbery and so sad to see coming from one of my favorite spots in the North End. RIP.
Worst Caesar salad ever. Their Caesar dressing is just bad. I was expecting something more upscale. Overpriced for the food quality.
Plastic fork? At a sit down place?
The pizza was wicked good and Mo service was outstanding! Thanks for the pizza , beer and your great personality. Next time we fly will look for Mo !
Great experience 👍 enough to go back a second night in a row. The food to my pallet is hit or miss. I either don't like it or love it. The eggplant meatballs i loves but the eggplant parmigiana i didn't like but my wife liked it.
Total chaos. People queuing and being ignored, being seated and being ignored. Long time since I've seen service this bad. Still taking your credit card away for payment and the perennial line for adding a tip😂. As if. TBF there's no-one in charge, or if there is they're doing a rubbish job.
The pizza was terrible and the service was bad
I hope this is not what the food is like at the actual restaurant.
We had to wait a bit for a seat, which was okay. The pizza came relatively quickly, was hot, but not particularly tasty. The cheese was bland, and the pepperoni and salami were relatively ordinary and nothing special. The price was quite high, though.
Food is super tasty! Worth the wait, be ready to share! Portions are huge.
Nor was a great bartender! Best I’ve had in years!!!

If you're an aiport employee make sure they give you your discount because their cashiers will NOT look at your badge (like they are supposed to). I wear mine around my neck and it's impossible to miss, yet I was charged full price even after leaving a tip.
A supervisor/manager contacted me after I filled out a (negative) survey asking for a copy of my receipt. I provided her with said copy, and I never heard from her or anyone with the restaurant.
Apparently all staff there need to be re-trained. And to stay off their phones while on the clock.
They'll never see a red cent from me again. Which is a shame because they have amazing food. Oh well.

Was treated to a chicken parmigiana sub and aperol spritz before a flight. The waitress who assisted us was very pleasant and suggested a cost-effective and delicious sub for us to share. I haven’t had airport food that was this tasty in quite some time. Highly recommend this place if you’re at Logan and looking for reasonably priced and well-made food.

If anyone sees this that worked Aug 25 at 5:30pm. I successfully walked from gate e to gate c in less than 10 mins. Doable- if you move with purpose! I hope you know who this is. Thanks for everything, along with undue pressure
