I had a terrible experience at Pollo Campero and will never be returning. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:27 PM, but the chicken wasn’t even done until 8:45. After waiting all that extra time, I expected fresh food, but what I got was awful. The chicken was super greasy, didn’t taste fresh at all, and was just overall disappointing. The sweet plantains were just as bad—mushy and flavorless.
For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. If you’re craving fried chicken, you’re better off going a few doors down to Shaw’s—it’s fresher, tastes way better, and costs a fraction of the price. Save your money and skip Pollo Campero.

The food is always amazing, delicious, and fresh. Definitely my number 1 choice when eating out. Don't even get me started on the service, I have no complaints. Overall this is one of the best pollo campero I've been to everything is always great, you can tell they're very attentive and keep the restaurant very clean.

Terrible chicken and they don't even give a sauce, and the line is always long and only one super slow cashier, nothing to do with the Campero in Guatemala or Los Angeles, I don't even know how it's still open in Massachusetts.
The food is delicious, the chicken fascinates me, I drive an hour to go eat. I love eating it fresh, they just need to be more friendly and have a good attitude and attention to the customers. The food is good. Eating there is good. Remember their raises, but the employees are very rude when asking for condiments when taking the order. Oh, when you ask something, they respond with very abusive attitude

Food is good but when there’s a line all the way to the door, they only had one cashier that took 10 to 12 minutes with each customer; she was extremely slooow. The brown boxers that they used to put the chicken to go, were much more better than the white and green boxers they have now. They’re not sturdy like the brown boxers they used to have. My chicken fell on the kitchen floor when I tried to close the box. The box was wet from the grease and too floppy. Don’t changed a good thing to a bad one. That’s not a good strategy just to save a few Pennies. Leadership pay attention.and provide customers with good service. We have a choice to eat where we want so at least, have good boxes for the chicken and have more cashiers when the lines are long and you have one slow cashier.
