The billing counter staffs r very rude . They r nice to only Spanish people. It’s like completely Spanish staffs. They very very rude staffs . The chicken is ok because there is no KFC near by East Boston . So there is no choice for chicken fry . So have to go here . There is one guy in billing counter , I think he the only guy who knows little bit English , he throws big time attitude as if he owns the business. Terrible service .

Excellent 👌
Food was absolutely amazing. As a Caucasian woman I was ignored. I don’t speak Spanish but I love everyone. My order was not correct and it was not well received, with management telling me they personally made my order, however it never made it into my bag. That’s unfortunate because they make divine chicken and beans. I make a point to treat others as I want to be treated. I acknowledge everyone no matter what they look like. Wish it was like that there. Left in tears after waiting 10 minutes on the first trip and 20 when I returned. This on a trip to see family that I see once a year so every moment wasted is upsetting due to being away from them to wait on an error.

I had a terrible experience at Pollo Campero and will never be returning. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:27 PM, but the chicken wasn’t even done until 8:45. After waiting all that extra time, I expected fresh food, but what I got was awful. The chicken was super greasy, didn’t taste fresh at all, and was just overall disappointing. The sweet plantains were just as bad—mushy and flavorless.
For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. If you’re craving fried chicken, you’re better off going a few doors down to Shaw’s—it’s fresher, tastes way better, and costs a fraction of the price. Save your money and skip Pollo Campero.

This chicken has no flavor at all. I don't know why they call it free-range chicken, which is worse food in its flavor.
The food is always amazing, delicious, and fresh. Definitely my number 1 choice when eating out. Don't even get me started on the service, I have no complaints. Overall this is one of the best pollo campero I've been to everything is always great, you can tell they're very attentive and keep the restaurant very clean.

The cashier was very kind, was in a good mood which is not usual for high traffic restaurants, knew the menu by heart...Great client care, keep it up!

Terrible chicken and they don't even give a sauce, and the line is always long and only one super slow cashier, nothing to do with the Campero in Guatemala or Los Angeles, I don't even know how it's still open in Massachusetts.
