The customer service is good but it should be better! while I was waiting for my order there were two managers standing there without doing anything but eat the chicken. I believe their name were Cindy and Marilyn and they did everything but help to the coworkers, at the same time their attitude was the worse. Camperos should know better how to hire their coworkers! More empathy and teamwork is needed. I don’t know why they are managers if the only thing they were doing was to yell at the coworkers.

Their chicken is great in my opinion but their customer service is very lacking, I ordered online and to go in store for pick up, I get there there’s only one person infront of me (a miracle) I pay and I wait……AND WAIT AND WAIT, there’s lots of workers upfront and all they’re doing is staring into space they dont communicate, so i eventually ask someone if my order is ready…….. ITS BEEN READY….. had to heat up my chicken at home, ridiculous, they don’t communicate with ticketing, if the cashier hands the ticket over to the expedition that is then their job to get the food to the person, thats also why they slowly start to get packed because they don’t communicate. It shouldn’t be the customer having to ask if the order is completed when its an online order, it should have been done and handed the minute you get there.

I went to claim an Uber Eats order, atWhen I arrive, the employees say that the order has already been taken and that they have to talk to the customer to send it again. The customer answers and says that he has not received it so they are going to send it again and after 50 minutes of waiting they tell me that They already canceled it, they are not going to send it anymore???? And the time I wasted waiting?

This day I went to the place where I shop very often, and the person who served me ordered 3 pieces of chicken only and she gave me the total of $11:34. I paid her with a $20 bill when she returned me the change alone. He returned me $8 without giving me the difference. When I asked him for the rest of my change, he replied that if I wanted the change in one cent or if I preferred it from his tips, the truth is, very unprofessional to serve the clientele. I immediately canceled my order, so that she would not give me the change for her tips, but the staff kindly came to assist me about the incident. Thank you very much

Super great customer service, the girl who helped us was super friendly and formal.It was the first time I came to the place, because the smell of freshly cooked chicken caught me and brought me to this place.Food? Truly an insult, it is not pleasant at first glance, it seems to be fried more than it should. The chicken has a spicy taste at the end which I hate spicy apart from the fact that I'm allergic. It seems to me that cost/benefit is not right. It's not expensive but not cheap either.In conclusion I would not buy chicken here again.

I ordered my food on Uber eats for pickup. They told me to wait right and the food never showed up. When I asked again, they had it in the back already. I told them this was unacceptable and they gaslighted me saying that I was supposed to show them the order which I did. They didn’t do anything to rectify the situation.
