People that works..in front desk..taking orders so rud..secondly the charge 20%
Even for take out...outrage the worse..
If you pay..with Devid..or credit card the charge..additionally $4 dollars..insane..
I file a complaint for this matter..to the consumer protection Agencies...no more business with this people..will go next door restaurant...same food less price most of all..better service.
Level 13.5
The chicken is so delicious. You won't regret ordering it with the plantains or yuca.
Paid to much money for little portions of dressing for salad and paid extra for aji 1 four ounces cup for 1 chicken was dry.
The place is not bad, the chicken looks like pigeon, the flavor has gone down a lot, the soles look like shoes that are outdated and tasteless and stiff.

The attention is terrible
I went to eat rice with chicken and I had to eat with everything and dust because they were fixing a door they just said sorry and they just continued working and the lady seemed to only like to serve acquaintances because otherwise she looks at you badly

They shouldn't be selling this poyo product anymore since the size of the poyo is very small for the price $46 dollars the money is hard to earn to throw it away on a meal how this is the thing but even the parents are small it's not worth buying in this place no I recommend it
How wonderful to try this food! It really tastes totally like good Peruvian food! Very simple place, but exquisite food! It was my first time here but I will surely return many times! Again, what a happy surprise!

The food is tasty, but the waitresses in the morning leave a lot to be desired with their arrogance walking around....they have also put up some mandatory tipping signs...that's why tipping is an option if they serve you well June 12, 2024

The food was good: but I think that for the price it should be a larger portion (compared to other Peruvian restaurants)The place: small, quietThe attention: goodThe bad thing is that they tip themselves 18% (I was alone) which I consider is not pleasant, plus one would like to leave more when the service is good, pFor that reason I would not return to this place -

Terrible service, I called to ask for a delivery and the girl who answered told me to order what I need quickly because there were a lot of people and she couldn't give me information on how much what I needed cost. Hire more staff so that you have better service on special days, not only is the chicken worth good, the attention is also very important. But remember that here in East Boston there is POLLOS BETOS, super delicious and excellent service, in the chalan terrible service, remember that they are not giving us anything for them to have such bad service. I see that many people complain about the attention. Review.
