They’re incapable of getting basic orders correct. Ask for an iced coffee with caramel swirl, don’t expect the caramel swirl

if you are going to this dunkin, know that theres a 99% chance you are going to be told to park even if there are no spots left. and your order will most likely be wrong. its happened too many times at this point for it to be a rare issue

I asked for an iced matcha latte with almond milk and a chocolate donut very simple order you would think. The girl taking my order didn’t even understand what matcha meant she was already giving me attitude over the speaker when I pulled up this girl tried to give us a latte with a plain donut I then said that’s not what we ordered and she didn’t even know what we ordered in the first place she then tells me to calm down although I’m chilling just want the right food and drink and starts to have an attitude with me the manager then comes over n tries to sort everything out in the end didn’t even get what we wanted and wasted money had to go to another one. Don’t waste your time here horrible staff with rude attitudes they could care less about the work they do or the quality they put out. The girl taking our order was this black girl with long green nails and a missrable attitude just pathetic they let people like that work there (they probably don’t even speak English to know what matcha is lmao)

Very disorganized, no medium cups, no plain bagels, no bacon, no mocha, took 25 min to get food was told after waiting no plain bagel while watched people after me plain bagels. Mine was skipped and then told no bagel. Bery disappointed to I will be using Homey Dew up the road instead

We drove through today, waited a decent amount of time before we ordered (only one car in front of us), we order avocado toast with bacon. We waited quite a while at the window for this to be handed to us. Er had already started home, and my daughter was too hungry to go back. This is a waste of money and seems to be a very poor effort to give the customers what they asked for.

2 times already stop on this place and they never had the (hot frozen chocolate) today finally they had it!
I order a small frozen chocolate for my daughter and a double espresso for me, and guess what? They put the espresso in the frozen chocolate, now I wonder, who the hell mixes something like that, is it common sense to at least ask if you want it all together.
I'm waiting with the garbage they prepared on my car and he comes over and asks me, what are you waiting for? I tell him my espresso, and he says I put it all together, I explain that they were separate and the guy gets upset instead of saying sorry for that or something .
I leave and throw away the garbage they prepared for me. This place stinks.
