Sat at bar; 3 of us bar tender Jesse ignored us ; rude; was to into the regulars. First time there. Never going back! Regulars loud obnoxious. Felt like it was more of a hangout for her and regulars.

I was disappointed with food. I got the lemon pepper chicken tenders. This was on the dinner entree specials. I ask what else came with the dinner and was told nothing else was included with the tenders. I was hesitant about ordering them because you didn't get any fries, side salad or cup of soup with your dinner ( which is unheard of). I took a chance and was very disappointed. They were just little pieces of chicken and you were supposed to get a chipotle mayo dip, and instead I got blue cheese. It looked more like an appetizer than dinner, and paid a dinner price for them. On the positive note, my husband got a cheeseburger with fries and he said his burger was good.

We drove 1 houre to seat in a river view restaurant. The View was gorgeous. Waitress was a nice young girl. The patio was open and we appreciated the view First point of disappointment was serving wine on a plastic cup. I understand serving on plastivc cup in swimming pool but not in a outside dining of a restaurant unless it is a rown restriction which should be addressed at the time if ordering Appetizers and soups was good not great. Brusseles sprout was good size and delicious although it was too sweet. Main dish was disappointing. I ordered the gorgonzola alfredo pasta with cajun chicken. Alfredo sauce was crumbly and tasteless and chicken was overdone and pasta was overcooked. I actually have change my review to 1. We are still on our way back home and my husband has sever stomach discomfort. I wish the best of luck for them but we never come back.

Food and service were great. Fish tacos were awesome. The view of the lake at sunset was spectacular. The only downside was the noise. It was very loud almost impossible to have a conversation.

From start to finish this was an awesome experience...the view is fantastic and the food was absolutely fabulous...we split two different dishes' and had a delicious cup of chowder. Our server was friendly and kept checking on us...there is limited parking but you can easily park on the street....we enjoyed the two sea food meals we ordered...will make this a go to place for special events...what a cute little town that sits right on the water and has several cute little shops////A REALLY GREAT FIND11111

At 5:30 p.m., I contacted the establishment to make a reservation for 6:30 p.m. However, I was informed that a reservation was not necessary and that I could simply enter the establishment. Upon arriving at 6:45 p.m and driving a half hour the restaurant. I was inquired about my reservation, and I responded that I did not have one as I was told one was not needed. The hostess then stated that the establishment was “too busy” and that they were not seating anyone without a reservation. I inquired about the approximate wait time, and she informed me that they weren’t having anybody wait and were only accepting reservations. I subsequently went outside and visited the website to make a reservation online, and I was able to make a reservation 15 minutes later. When we walked back in we weren’t greeted with a “hi” or “welcome” we were greeted with “did you make a reservation online?” I’ll agree with the majority of the reviews on the food being really good and atmosphere being enjoyable. However, the customer service provided by the hostess was unsatisfactory. The hostess could have had an ounce of human decency in her to tell us all we had to do was go online and make the reservation but no she sat there with a smug look on her face. The waitress we had was wonderful I believe her name was Paige and she did provide excellent customer service and was able to turn my experience around.

This place is such a gem. Right on the lake. It feels like a place you’d need to wait for a seat at in the weekend but also laid back. Great Mass seafood water vibes without all the blah blah that jacks up the price and kills the quality of service.
I ordered the short rib with leaks baked potato and squash. The short rib was very tough. The potato was so cold the butter would not melt. There was a couple of stringy thin vegetable that had no flavor The squash was good. I brought most of meal home so I could try to salvage an overpriced meal. My husband had small sea scallops with risotto. He was also very disappointed his side salad that he added was ok. No offer of rolls and the waiter never checked up on us. I had to ask for bill and box to take home. Never mind there is not enough parking spaces for such a big restaurant. The view is wonderful. Forget the food This should be drinks only stop. This is not the first time we stopped there. Probably 4th. Never again

Very disappointing experience. I didn't think it was possible to screw up a lobster roll but they managed it. Ordered the hot buttered variety. Not hot. Lobster very dry like it had sat out all day. Tasteless. If my server had been more attentive, I would have sent it back. In retrospect, I should have asked for the manager. Won't go back again. I gave it a 2 because of the view.

I went with my luncheon club 17 of us. We were seated promptly drink orders were taken. Service was exceptional food was great. Wonderful fish sandwich/sweet potato fries. Other's had Burgers, fish dinners, shrimp, seared or broiled scallops, the Rubin with soup ect everyone was well satisfied. We all applauded the waitress and thanked her for such fantastic service.
