Just deleted a 5 star review...Reuben sandwich was brought to table uncut...as soon as it was halved I noticed the corn beef was not of usual quality....partner ordered a medium well burger...cooked overly well done..if it hadn't been for the sauce and cheese it would have been very dry...chili was average...not very hot...cheese didn't melt...fries were plentiful and hot...service was not rude but not friendly either....atmosphere was great as always...we travel 20 miles to eat at Flatts...felt there was a new cook...Found out it's new owners...same owners as Howard's and clam Box...we will be back to check breakfast out again ...hope it hasn't gone downhill...

Still a great place with fantastic food and a comfortable atmosphere.Service was not so quick today. Only saw two waitresses with a casual pace while there were plenty of open tables at lunchtime. The staff is still polite & pleasant.Don't expect quick service.We had the Matey ( fish & chips) smaller version. Fish & fries were awesome. The coleslaw had no dressing what so ever. ?

Excellent venue for the break of your fast ! Service was excellent! The timber frame construction with a train travelling around above us is a great distraction for kids ! My french toast was a little cold but otherwise the food was top shelf.

Quaint place with eclectic decor. Went for dinner on a Saturday night and the parking lot was empty. Typically not a good sign but I pushed on. So glad I did! The prime rib was excellent albeit a bit over priced in comparison to comparable places in the area. Excellent though. Fresh grated and creamy horseradish upon request. Came with 2 baked potatoes as the chef said he felt one was not enough. Excellent also. Sweet potato fries and glazed carrots were excellent.

Very friendly server and owner. Loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious! I had a chicken sandwich which was perfectly cooked and a nice cut of meat. Thankfully it wasn't overly pounded out like other restaurants, which left it juicy and tender. Good size burgers cooked at requested temperature and seasoned perfectly. Great prices and highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: Had gluten free bread
1st impression was not good. The Hostest that seated us was not unpleasant, but she was not pleasant either. Zero personality. Ordered appetizers and main course all at once. Took a long time to get our food. The main course came out, and she asked if she could get us anything else, I asked about our appetizers . Her response was the cook didn't see it on the ticket. It would be another 5 minutes. I told her we would take it to go. Food was ok, nothing great. Probably won't be going back.

Fully 5 stars. Food was great tasting and excellently presented. Served was perfect and apologized for delay that wasn’t long and they were 3 times busier than normal. Atmosphere was elegant and relaxed. Perfect atmosphere for really any occasion. Can’t wait to see what’s next. I saw a new drink menu coming. They also had almost everything available with gluten free options. I will be back and would recommend to all!
