Incredible! This is the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. My daughter says it's the best ice cream she has ever had, which says a lot because she's extremely picky. If anything, the location isn't ideal because there isn't indoor or outdoor seating. There's no ambiance. On ice cream alone, however, 5/5!

The ice cream is good, but the employees never make you feel welcome, maybe it’s just me they don’t welcome but it’s very transactional and ice cream is supposed to be an experience. I also had an unsavory conversation with the owner so that ended up being my last visit. The scoops are also pretty small for the price, I would regularly go there for good homemade ice cream but now thankfully I have another go too ice cream shop in Agawam where the scoops match the price as well as the service.

The atmosphere is not amazing but the ice cream was very good and the service is good.

Small place with great ice cream. Lots of flavor choices, with one obviously fake flavor thrown in for a giggle. Last week's was Sausage, Pepper, and Onion. Staff is always attentive. I bring my nephew here, and he's always glad to come. Well worth visiting.

JB’s Ice Cream Factory in East Longmeadow absolutely deserves all five stars! I tried the Caramel Churro and Reese’s Pieces Punch, and both flavors were out of this world. The Caramel Churro had the perfect balance of rich, creamy caramel and cinnamon-sugar goodness—like a churro dipped in caramel sauce, but frozen and even better. The Reese’s Pieces Punch was a peanut butter and chocolate lover’s dream, loaded with flavor and just the right amount of crunch.

The staff was super friendly, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere had that fun, local charm. If you’re anywhere near East Longmeadow, JB’s is a must-visit!
