Incredible! This is the creamiest ice cream I've ever had. My daughter says it's the best ice cream she has ever had, which says a lot because she's extremely picky. If anything, the location isn't ideal because there isn't indoor or outdoor seating. There's no ambiance. On ice cream alone, however, 5/5!
The ice cream is good, but the employees never make you feel welcome, maybe it’s just me they don’t welcome but it’s very transactional and ice cream is supposed to be an experience. I also had an unsavory conversation with the owner so that ended up being my last visit. The scoops are also pretty small for the price, I would regularly go there for good homemade ice cream but now thankfully I have another go too ice cream shop in Agawam where the scoops match the price...
Small place with great ice cream. Lots of flavor choices, with one obviously fake flavor thrown in for a giggle. Last week's was Sausage, Pepper, and Onion. Staff is always attentive. I bring my nephew here, and he's always glad to come. Well worth visiting.
