Hopefully this reached to whom it may concern. I was emailed a survey, but I was unable to complete the survey but overall service with the staff. They’re pretty nice. I just don’t like the idea that the pastry the bread were out where flies can pitch on it. That’s very unsanitary that should be all be covered as we know it fly does leave droppings on your food so you should cover your food. Thank you.

Please train your staff better. Food choices are plenty but staff needs more training on how to place an order for an item that is modified to add or delete something from that item. Also, since so many people are ordering online, maybe have an extra staff member or two at the very busy lunch time hour to help people waiting in line in the restaurant as opposed to filling take out orders. Panera bread will always prove to be a quick, easy lunch or coffee break destination. It will never be your favorite restaurant. It will never be the place you wanna go for a special meal. It is the closest thing we have in most towns to a café, where you can sit for extended periods of time schmooze with a friend or get some work done on your laptop.
