The food at this version of Mack’s is fine, no complaints. But I would also I say it’s not anything special. I had decent fish tacos and nice but undistinguished clam chowder. Others had pleasant sandwiches or rolls.
I loved this place! It was delicious and so comforting to go to a seafood restaurant where everything on the menu was celiac safe. I tried the fried shrimp and scallops, the fish tacos, and the clam chowder. The tacos were my favorite, but the fried seafood and fries were also good
If you're anywhere near Eastham and are looking for quality fresh fish from a friendly knowledgeable staff, Mac's is where you want to go! We have been shopping here for several years and have never been disappointed. We've purchased chowder (maybe the best I've ever tasted), cod, lobster, swordfish, dozens of raw oysters, clams and all tasted like it must have come out of the water that morning. They also have a menu of prepared food you can enjoy at picnic...
