Really great space with excellent beer selection, but why are people so eager to bring all their kids? Its a BAR. I like to go enjoy some time with (adult) friends and (adult) beverages, but seemingly every time we go is FAMILY NIGHT with kids, babies and strollers all over the place.

My favorite local brewery. Great selection, great beertenders, frequent food trucks, dog-friendly, what's not to love?

We were in from out of state visiting my daughter & learned about DTF Comedy Night being hosted at the ABB. We immediately loved the "speakeasy" vibe when we entered. The friendly, knowledgeable staff provided great recommendations based on our beer interests. We each chose a different option & all of us really enjoyed what we ordered - an IPA, a barrel aged dark beer, & the sour.The host of the comedy show was got everyone warmed up and each performer kept us going with their unique comedic styles. You can't go wrong with a night of laughing & great beer.Between sets, we headed out to the food truck & dived into some delicious garlic cheesy bread with dip.We talked on the way home about what a nice evening we had & what a great gem we discovered.In addition to a really great overall experience, I am especially impressed with the integrity & high level of customer service that I personally experienced. I left my purse at the brewery - SO dumb of me! It had all the things in it- cash, my work badge, house/work/car keys, you name it. To make matters worse, I was visiting from out of state, we were leaving early the next morning & the brewery didn't open until 2pm. As soon as I discovered what I had done, I frantically left a message on the ABB voicemail & the owner called me back. They found my purse & shipped it to my home overnight. Everything was in my purse, including the cash. In a world where people do the right thing less often that we all care to admit, Matt & ABB not only did the right thing, they went really far above and beyond. There are no words. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! We had an amazing evening AND you restored my faith in humanity.

What a great hidden gem! In town for the weekend and found this “best kept secret”. The pop up comedy was fun but the beer selection was second to none. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The selection of craft options was varied and it was hard to choose, so I had a few. They will not disappoint…take the time to stop by!

First visit on an April 2024 Saturday evening. Great atmosphere, friendly crowd and very good Galactic Insanity IPA for mellow mood.

hi - i love the ales and the atmosphere, but one minor complaint:Bill's is not a Brown Ale! we brown lovers love the Malty, roasty and slightly sweet warmth of Ale and many of us do not like the bite of high hops. please rename Bill's so more of us Brown lovers don't accidentally buy them and have to give them away...

Incredible beer in a cool location with amazing people working there. You really can't beat what ABB is bringing.

ABB hosted our welcome party the night before our wedding and the space was perfect! The team that helped us put everything together was amazing and the bartenders the night of were so helpful and friendly! Such a cool spot and great people.

We chose Abandon Building Brewery for our wedding welcome party the night night before. Everyone loved it! The beer was amazing, the Bartenders were friendly and extremally kind and helpful, the taproom was beautiful and very affordable. My wife and I want to thank you all for having such a versatile venue and for being so accommodating! The beer was Top Notch, and you should obsoletely keep the "Who Brew" on the menu. If you are up for mailing some to VA Just let me know! haha

Wonderful server (Thursday, October 5th), Amazing beer. The coffee stout (Cool Beans, I think?) was exceptional. So good. Try a beer flight, as I did, and sample all of their exceptional IPAs.

Staff was great. Beer selection was meh.
