We have not been there in years never was really friendly went in there at 9:00 for a beer The owner gave us a snarly look after we had one beer she said Do you want to pay not do you want to have another drink always rude never inviting. Very sad for the city

Updating review since it's been a few years since we'd been here. Cocktails are out of this world, lots of great martinis and fantastic beer selection. Chicken tenders are really, really good. Chili is solid, real beef, not hamburger. Beef stew in a bread bowl was also very good. Had the turkey sandwich recently, not the greatest for the price, but ok. The prices on food are a little on the high side, but the drink prices are lower than lots of other places locally.

First visit hence 4 Stars!! Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, not busy initially, picked up more before heading out. Choice of seats in the bar area and booths on The Den side, waitresses were friendly and attentive without being too much. We had the Baked Cod and Mt.Tom Meatloaf, ordered the Cauliflower App, enjoyed everything!! Parking in the area can be an adventure but you can usually find a spot. Second visit was Cornbeef and Flatbread, Another great meal, caught some football action as we dined!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I stopped in the evening for a quick bite before attending a music event next door. I ordered a sandwich with fries and a soda. The sandwich was really full, the fries were a very generous helping, and the soda had free refills. Since I was by myself, I sat at the bar. They had three TV's going, each with a different basketball game, so it's a very sports oriented place. When the manager walked by, he asked me which game I was watching to make sure I was watching what I wanted. He wanted to be sure my overall experience was enjoyable. I could see into the other part of the restaurant which was tables and more TV's. The place was busy and the servers never stopped moving, but everyone was very pleasant. Price wise, it was typical for the area, but a better deal than some. My meal came to $25. With the overstuffed sandwich, large heaping of fries, soda with refills, and tip, it was in the ballpark. All in all, my experience was pleasant, and I will return.
