“a cold snowy day. perfect for beer and German food! Well, kind of.... Arrived around 2pm after a small snow storm. (roads in Chicopee were HORIBLE!!!). Sat at the bar, which was empty. Maybe 3 tables of folks!! ordered a beer. Great! Complimentary Chips and dip were fabulous!! Ordered the Jager Schnitzel with spatzel and cabbage.Schnitzel was just ok. A bit tough. Spatzel was Luke warm and bland. cabbage? just ok. beers?Great! it will be awhile before I go back.“

“Really good food and a great beer list.
Edit 3 September: we had the pretzel again. This is probably the best pretzel I've ever had. It's hard not to just eat pretzel after pretzel and work my way through the excellent beer list.“

“I want to give Glen and his team a huge shout out for catering our daughter’s UMass graduation party. We came here because it has been a favorite spot that worked for our family because of the great food, service, attention to allergies and in good weather a dog friendly spot with picnic tables outside. Thank you for taking our request on the busiest weekend of the year for you! We will be back! ❤️👩🏼🎓❤️“

“Finally gave this place a try. Close to close, so unfortunately out of the current recommended special which tells me they use fresh ingredients. My host and friend Gabe set me up with Braised Beef Tacos that are loaded and explode out the shells with flavors. Chrysta(l?) behind the bar was super friendly and welcoming despite not even buying a fricken drink! Ryan also introduced and checked in to make sure I was all set. I'll give them another try for sure. Come for the food, stay for the hospitality!“
