daily op would be so awesome if they would use less grease on their food. they clearly know what flavors go together,and how to construct a tasty meal, i find it is overdone with grease.
Food is fantastic but they seriously need to adjust their staffing and wait time estimates. When I order online they will tell me my food will be ready in 45 minutes. I will show up an hour after I order, and they'll tell me it's going to be another 15-20 minutes. I will then wait at least another 30 minutes. If it's going to be a 90 minute wait just tell me that from the jump when I order so I don't waste my time waiting.
Excellent food in the valley with delicious vegan menu items (e.g. eggplant grinder yum), which rotate seasonally. Appreciate that they offer NA beers. Casual dining environment, order at counter. Recommend parking in the back by the rail trail vs. the lot facing Pleasant Street (or if you are coming by rideshare to place your pin near the back of the building so you are not navigating through the semi confusing Eastworks building!).
