Ordered a bacon jam sandwich which usually comes on a croissant and got s ultimate bacon jam on sourdough bread, got a grilled cheese and they didn’t even toast it , got a hot chocolate and it was 3/4 ways filled, got a iced coffee and they made it wrong and strong. I’m a Dunkin lover, I’ve worked for them and I’ve been a loyal customer this experience was absolutely HORRID, I get new workers but this person was taking order and drive through window plus assembling sandwiches, absolutely nobody’s face was seen besides theirs

Line out the street. They got to do something about making the service faster. I just kept looking for where the accident was that was somehow stopping everybody from moving forward but there was no accident it's just the way it's set up there. The coffee is like drinking water run off of a pair of boots of somebody that might have worked in a coffee farm. Then cream and sugar.

The donuts are just weird. They're full of air and kind of plasticky tasting. Thought I'd give him a try after a year or so turns out it's not better it's worse.

DON’T USE APP HERE. They said I could use 800 of my points for a breakfast sandwich and then when it didn’t work they still made me pay even though I lost all the points I accumulated for a month. Any other location would’ve given the sandwich as an apology.

Sorry, this was a bad experience .
Placed my order on the app. Walked in and waited. Was told my choice of bagel was not availble. Gave them another choice, waited, and was told that was not availble. Gave them a other option. I got my order and went to the office.
Bagel had cream cheese, I ordered it with butter. I can't have cream cheese, so I had to throw the bagel out.
Staff was wonderful, just got the order wrong. Bummer.

I go here every morning for my coffee and sandwich and a few times since opening my order was wrong. Overall though the service is super friendly and consistent. The folks at the drive thru always in their game. Nice new inside too.

I was looking forward to this new Dunkin' Donuts as it's on Rt. 5 heading into Northampton where I travel frequently. It's a nice space with a fireplace and a great big TV, that unfortunately had NewsMax on (My husband had stopped in the week before and noted in passing that Fox News was on the TV). Of course it's up to the business what they put on their TVs, but I would not go in and sit down with a station like that playing in the background. Something more neutral like HGTV or local news would probably be more comfortable for the bulk of the customers going in there
