This used to be the good location in Easthampton, not sure what happened. The major problem is quality control. You can order an iced coffee one day and it's great, a week later order the same exact coffee and it tastes rancid. Last week I ordered the cereal and milk latte 3 times. The first time it was great, the second time there was no flavor added to it at all. The third time it tasted like they added half amount of flavoring it's supposed to have. I've also had food orders not made correctly.

I’ve been here 2 times with several months in between. Mobile order for a large Cold Brew each time. I’ve walked in and have been told each time they’re out of cold brew at 2pm. Was told I couldn’t get a refund.
Two people working, on a Friday, manager needs to step up on hiring and properly training staff.

I always ask for a large strawberry refresher with one splash of almond milk and they told me we can’t make I always got a Dunkin’ Donuts get the same thing and no problem their customer service is sucks

I’m usually a regular Dunkin' customer, but I’ve never been this disappointed. I ordered around forty dollars' worth of food, and not only did they leave out more than half of it, but this also isn’t the first time my order has been wrong. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses the staff’s attention to detail, because this location has let me down repeatedly.

I’m a Massachusetts daily Dunkin customer and have been for a decade - I’ve known several Dunkin crews and the one at the Northampton Street Dunkin in Easthampton is my favorite group of people. They are hard working, kind, and a pleasure to see every day. Make this your daily Dunkin location - you won’t regret it.
I never leave bad reviews. I am a cook myself and understand when it’s busy and service may be slow. However I don’t understand the level of disrespect for the customer that was shown here. They acted as if it was a nuisance to serve me. I wish it was just one bad interaction, however it was several with multiple employees, I waited 25 minutes for my hash browns to be microwaved while watching my coffee melt so much (don’t know why they couldn’t have at least handed it to me). So I left, a little upset I didn’t get my breakfast but I will not eat anything being made here, because I guarantee they are applying their same standards to the food as their customer service.
