This used to be the good location in Easthampton, not sure what happened. The major problem is quality control. You can order an iced coffee one day and it's great, a week later order the same exact coffee and it tastes rancid. Last week I ordered the cereal and milk latte 3 times. The first time it was great, the second time there was no flavor added to it at all. The third time it tasted like they added half amount of flavoring it's supposed to have. I've also...

I’m a Massachusetts daily Dunkin customer and have been for a decade - I’ve known several Dunkin crews and the one at the Northampton Street Dunkin in Easthampton is my favorite group of people.
