Amazing view, nice variety of beers, great bands, and food trucks come through. This place is both rustic and classy. Pool tables and games, a space for live music, and friendly and knowledgeable bartenders. A really cool vibe for all ages❤️

My, wife, infant son and I visited the brewery today, and honestly didn’t have a great experience. My wife and I walked in with our son in a stroller, she took a seat at a high top with him in the stroller next to her and I went to get us a drink.

I walked up to the ordering area of the bar to order, there was one person ahead of me ordering, and I was looking for the menu. The bartender pointed at me and I mentioned I was waiting to see the menu and she pointed to some signs behind me (which I missed.) Then after the other person ordered I got up to the bar and she once again just pointed at me.

We got our beers, Jigsaw Jazz DIPA and a Pilsner, and they were pretty good! But the entire time we felt that we weren’t quite welcome, from both the staff and the clientele. My son didn’t make a peep the whole time he was there, so it’s not like our party was making a scene or anything.

I ended up quickly finishing my beer and then we left half of my wife’s beer behind at the bar, just because we didn’t feel like it was a place for us.

We’d gone there before before we had our kid and always had a pretty good time, and enjoyed the beer, but this visit was honestly kind of unsettling. It was a feeling that I haven’t felt at a brewery before, which is not being welcome.

Beers: quite a variety of different styles, some decent offerings of what we prefer.

Service: friendly and attentive. Didn’t go long with an empty beer.

Dog friendly: this was the issue. They are dog friendly BUT the owner had a dog that he was letting run unleashed and unchecked throughout the taproom. This puppy ran into our dog’s face with excited puppy energy several times. We never saw the owner try to control the dog, which resulted in us having to gently push the dog away from jumping on our dog. This scenario happened twice before we left.

If you plan to come here with your own animal, please be aware that this situation might arise.

We would have given 5 stars based on service, but anyone with experience with dog behavior would know that this is not the right way to handle things.

A 3 star review feels generous, but we had no issues regarding the service and, as mentioned, the beers were okay.

Came in over the weekend to hear what I think was the owner talking about losing his dogs and having violated his restraining order against him from his ex partner. Certainly a class act! Didn't know I was in a dive brewery untill then. Won't be back. Guess all the rumors are true about this place. Check the 1star reviews

Best brewery in the valley! Really diverse range of very delicious, very affordable beers on tap. Very dog-friendly, and even more human-friendly. Don’t walk, run to Fort Hill right now!

We were greeted by a barking dog when we were in the parking lot. When we went in there were more dogs than customers and one of the dogs barked at us and every customer that came in. It also barked at other random times. Beer was fair to middlin’ but I felt like I was having a beer in a kennel.
