Poor service this evening, managed to screw up 4 drink orders, and one of the entrees was not even ordered. Not the first time this particular server has screwed up our order. Terrible attitude with service also, thank you blue!

Walking into the restaurant it shows clean, neat and minimally staffed…similar to other hybrid full service/fast food place. Our first…and last…time dining with La Veracruzana! The food was uniformly tasteless. Appearance was appealing but having eaten Mexican style from Texas to California and in Mexico, U.S. and Canada there are many talented Mexican Chefs…La Veracruzana fails the taste test!

I was in the area and really wanted a margarita, the spicy one was so delicious! I wasn't staying long so I didn't get a meal but the chips and salsa were great. If I'm in the area I definitely want to stop in to eat next time😁

Excellent vegan dining experience- there are several items (including full meals) on the menu are vegan, they are clearly labeled and do not require any modification. The food is DELICIOUS and the portions are huge!
We were long time customers. Good food, Bad customer service, and tricky with prices. This was the second time in a row our order was wrong and they refused to make it right. I’m fine with a mistake here and there with take out, that’s not the issue. The issue is they couldn’t take responsibility for their own mistakes. We didn’t order anything special- just what was on the menu, and didn’t get it. Even checked in about it this time, just to make sure what was listed on the menu was actually what was going to come with the main dish, and then it didn’t, and they wouldn’t give it to us and were rude. Won’t be going back after tonight.

Disappointed, cheese enchilada not cooked and cold inside. Menu said one thing as a side (potato) and served another (rice & beans). We come fairly often, will be back and are usually pleased. Tonight must have been an off night or poor staff in the kitchen.
