Struggled for 20 minutes walking around trying to find this place! Once you get to the street, you have to walk down stairs into an alley. There will be no signs, but go into the door that's open (hopefully it's always propped open. The other two doors are locked.) Then go down the hallway to your left and violá, you've made it! (The door will have "Little Trúc" stamped on it.)You definitely still get basement vibes, but the food is delicious! Flavors you don't find elsewhere, and a preparation that feels like love went into it. Worth going at LEAST once. The menu changes weekly, but it seems like there are some staples that do have longevity. Rough start, but it ended well!

Little Truc’s new dining space is beautiful, and so is their food. Their use of Southeast Asian flavors creates a culinary journey that, for me, feels like coming home.

Arguably one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Will 10000% be back! So happy they joined the neighborhood!

I have eaten a wide range of Little Truc’s offerings and everything has always been utterly delicious. Whether it’s in a parking lot or at a catered party, their food is creative and complex. And the owners Kat and Alex are absolutely lovely! Looking forward to scoring a table at their bricks & mortar soon!

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Little Truc's new restaurant during their soft opening. Tucked away in the back of Eastworks, they turned an industrial space into a modern, open yet cozy, and classy restaurant that's great for date nights. Their pho chay (vegetarian & vegan) was delicious! We loved their cocktails (including fun spins on classic cocktails and fruity yet not too sweet drinks) and dessert too. Will definitely go back when they open for good in January 2024!

We knew we wanted a food truck to cater our wedding in June, and we are SO glad we hired Little Truc! Katrina and her team were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They designed a menu and logistical set up that perfectly fit our needs, accommodating multiple dietary restrictions and preferences. Our guests were so impressed with the creative, flavorful, color dishes and the flawless execution. Everything was delicious but the chicken adobo, tamarind pork meatballs, and crispy chickpeas in particular were phenomenal. The staff at our wedding venue even told us the next day that it was hands down the best food they've ever had at the venue - and they eat a LOT of catered food every week. Thank you Little Truc! We can't wait to visit the truck again and enjoy even more of your delicious creations!

The best Bahn Mi around! Little Truc has been in Easthampton for several years. I've ordered different things from them many times to explore their menu. My favorites are their bahn mi sandwich, and their pork roll. Each item I've had, their ingredients and recipe is well thought out, very tasty, and extremely fresh. They use the highest quality local ingredients (supporting local farms while doing so). They are the true inspiration of a gourmet food truck. If you have the opportunity to order from Little Truc, do so. You won't be disappointed.

Five out of five, highly recommend. There isn't much else I need to say. Amazingly delicious food served up by a wonderfully talented team committed to their craft. High-quality ingredients, skill, and careful execution produces the deliciousness that is Little Trúc. The only problem? The business is seasonal, so get your fill when the truck is open for the season (along with the surprise pop-up events throughout the year).
