I ordered a cheeseburger with a milkshake and coleslaw. I loved all of it! It really was delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was $24 so not bad price. The atmosphere was comfortable. I will b back a lot.

I have had almost everything on this menu. Nothing has disappointed. The burgers are really good, the Cap'n crunch tenders and fish tacos are inventive (who cam say no to cereal crusted food?). The milkshakes are worth the lactose intolerance.

Food always comes out hot and fresh, either finish it all or plan for leftovers. Bartender Liz is always on point.

Delicious food that never lets me down! Even when the place is packed, the wait is totally worth it. I can’t get enough of the Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich—it’s a perfect combo of hot honey, & coleslaw!. 🥪
No matter what I've tried here, it never ceases to impress me. Without a doubt, these are the finest burgers in the area. I've officially found my new favorite spot in Easthampton! Whenever I crave a burger, this will definitely be my first choice.

I don't know if I've ever had worse customer service at a restaurant. I LOVE local burger...so much it's on my request list when I come and visit from kansas. My party of 14 called ahead just to give a heads up that we would be a large party (we know it's first come first serve). They were kind up to this point. Our party trickled in and the first people to arrive let them know it was a large party. They were told that they could get a large table in the back room and that it was EITHER full or self service back there. It was DEAD (4:30 dinner because we were trying to catch a game). Once we were all there, half of us ordered at the register and half tried to order at the table. Granted, the waitress was working alone, but again it was dead and she took forever to bring the other half of our party their drinks. So, they ended up going back out to the register to order the rest of their food. From that point on we got dirty looks from MULTIPLE of the staff, especially this waitress. After a while she came over and said that "it is fine right now because we're slow, but I'll have to ask you to leave if we get busier because this is a full service side." We commented politely that the front register directed our large party back there, and that we were told it was OPTIONAL to order full service. She said, "well, it sounds like there was a miscommunication on BOTH sides because maybe she didn't know how big your party was." (again, this was information both called ahead AS A COURTESY, and was told upon arrival...hence why we got directed back there). We of course felt bad so we tried to eat as fast as we could and cleaned up all of our trays because we had no intention of treating this dinner like full service at this point. We even left a tip because we felt bad! The waitress made it a point to then tell us not once, but TWICE, AS WE WERE VERY SPEEDILY AND EFFICIENTLY BUSSING OUR TABLE, that "we could be sure to bus our own trays and leave them on the trash can out in the main area." At this point, we grabbed our tip off the table and left. On the way out, I double checked the ONLY sign giving instructions about the back area, which only mentioned that the back room was an area for people drinking and that kids were welcome (two of us went up to the bar and got our OWN drinks, so according to the sign we qualified). Absolutely appalled that we were given incorrect instructions, were then told WE were wrong, were threatened to get kicked out to another area because of THEIR miscommunication, and then were treated so poorly. I truly hope the right person sees this review so this matter can be addressed, not for our sake but for others. I love Local Burger and want to see this new location thrive!

Greasiest burger I've ever had in my life. The bun is completely wet. Who sells this? Before I even open it, grease filled the bottom of the styrofoam holder. I take a bite and grease squirts all over my shirt and pants. If you are going to charge $16 for a burger at least have some quality control. I'm done with local burger.
