Just went for the first time in several months and still did not have good service. Chicken sandwich was over done and the pickles were in the outside of the buns. Plus we didn’t get out whole order. Items missing. My bad for. It checking before we left.

I pulled up to this McDonald’s expecting average service but when I spoke to Ben, he want above and beyond for me and my sickly grandma. He was nothing but nice and very hospitable. He was such a sweetie and I want to thank him for having patience and making our food fresh. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN! You made my week!

Wish I could give it minus stars everytime I try this McDonald’s the burn the food mess it up forget stuff last straw was today absolutely burn the burgers and served them to us. Cooks and managers should be fired if these kids can’t cook a simple burger how do expect them to have customer service, rude, disrespectful employees, how this place got a make over and got worse blows my mind.🤮

Visited this McDs with wife and granddaughter to dine in for McFlurries. Waited more than 15 minutes until I went to counter to ask about the delay. Finally server said machine was not working so I asked for refund. Server had to get manager to do this but she was slow to return from backroom area!
It took 43 minutes just get order 15$ worth of breakfast just for them to forget the bacon and cheese on my friends sausage bacon cheese English muffin

!!! CROSS CONTAMINATION WARNING!!!
Twice now I've ordered a burger with no pickles or onions to receive a sandwich that was obviously opened, scrapped, re-cheesed and topped with extra ketchup.
The first time I requested a refund was told it wouldn't be a problem at the beginning but then hassled into just allowing them the opportunity to remake the sandwich
The second time I just didn't bother to go back nor have I returned to this location since.
I was a regular customer at first due to this McDonald being so close to my job but during both times it's been the same employees that give side long glances when they see/hear the order.
So if you are just ordering something straight from the menu as is, you should be fine. But if you are making customizations unfortunately expect issues. Especially use cation if you have DIETARY RESTRICTIONS as it is clear some on staff do not worry about CROSS CONTAMINATION.
