We would order from time to time at this location and numerous times they would mess up an order that didn’t have modifications. 2 cheeseburger meal that comes with condiments and additions to it when not asked for. Workers here clearly do not care. Manage better.

Just went to McDonald’s again: Very poor service! Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was dry and poorly assembled! I am not sure that it was the Deluxe which I paid for! I don’t think I will not come to McDonald again, at least not to the one in Easthampton!

Womens restroom in the Easthamton MA location has the deoderizing spray mounted low by the sink so the occupant washing hands or a child standing by the sink can be sprayed with an aerosol. I think higher placement would keep everyone safe from being sprayed. A child could get that right in the face.

Got 2 orders of small fries which were served hot and crispy, a plain double cheeseburger which was overcooked but made correctly and then a mcchicken that didn’t have any mayo on it. Wasn’t the best experience this time

Just went for the first time in several months and still did not have good service. Chicken sandwich was over done and the pickles were in the outside of the buns. Plus we didn’t get out whole order. Items missing. My bad for. It checking before we left.
