Ive been to riffs when they were in turners falls and it was excellent. I've remembered how good those parmesan garlic fries were in 2018. Fast forward to this week 2023 in Easthampton. It was bad. The fries were actually inedible. They tasted like they were fried the previous day, saved them and fried again. The super dark brown color and amount of oil in it was insane. It also was semi like a husky on how old fries get. The only other explanation is they fried those for a lonnnnnng time. I honestly don't know how you get fry's so saturated in oil that when you pinch them oil drips out. I paid an extra 3.00 add on to have fry's instead of tortilla chips with my chicken sandwich. I was also really disappointed in the rest of the food. My chicken sandwich was over cooked though not inedible. My BF burger was undercooked.I'm just sad. I loved riffs when I went before. I know the pandemic hit restaurants badly but this is such a far cry from what it used to be.I checked Google photos to see if maybe it was just me with bad stuff that day but honestly some of the other pics they look like how I got my dark super saturated oil, old tasting fries ( check some low star reviews with dark overcooked fries.) It seems like quality is way down from what it was years ago. It's a shame.

Very cool spot. The fries are TO DIE FOR. Everything you’ve ever wanted in a French fry, and more. Place might be haunted.

One of my favorite places to eat in Western Massachusetts. Their salsa is amazing for starters. The specialty egg rolls are always unique and so good. The burgers are very tasty and the bun is soft. The McLovin burger is my favorite. But the tenders are second. They make their own honey mustard! Watch for the specials! Those are the best! The staff are amazing! Always friendly and helpful. The owners really take pride in the restaurant and it shows. They are very nice. Definitely a must in Easthampton.

If every town had a great local restaurant like Riff's Joint the world would be a MUCH BETTER place. The Thai Dye Burrito is my wives favorite. Their chicken wings are just perfect. Somehow their tortilla chips are the best I've ever had.The theme at Riff's seems to be taking simple classic American comfort food stables and executing them with a quality that other places can't touch. Highly recommended.

I have been a big fan of riffs for I think about 10 years now, eating their food on average 1 or 2 times a month. I've always been a cheerleader of their dishes. Sadly, I can no longer say that.It seems that steadily over the last 3 years, I've noticed a decline in the food and an increase in price. Take out for 2 is easily 60$ on the low end now. I had the Mexican street corn...10$ for 2 ears of over grilled corn with a little seasoning. It used to be so good, gone were the crunchy wonton like strips, gone were the fresh chopped green onions and herbs and plenty of cotija cheese....we used to get 2 plump juicy ears smothered with goodies but they were so dried out and disappointing. If that wasn't enough, they forgot my Xtra cup of Chipotle ranch but didn't forget to charge me 1.20 for it. Smh,..hope they can get it together and go back to the way it was!

We have been to riffs multiple times and the food is always outstanding. Riffs seems like a casual joint but the sandwiches, burgers, pizza, and mexican food are all gourmet. Best fried chicken in the area, and the burgers and sandwiches offer a huge variety of styles. The drinks are good as well. Definitely a staple that doesn’t break the bank. In this picture my wife got fried chicken and I got the bulgogi cheese steak, egg roll appetizer was perfectly friend and had a well balanced flavor.

Very informal. Pleasant service. Interesting menu. Food was good, not great. Located in one of the old mill buildings, but access from parking lot is easy. - Right by the entry door, on left. Hot day; A/C barely keeping up. Bathroom situation is sketchy & shared with whole building. Unflushed/clogged toilets; unlocking stalls - reminded me of a junior high school bathroom much the worse for wear....

This place is great. Been here many times without issue. Love the sandwiches. Eggrolls are bomb. A hair pricey but ive never felt like the food wasn't worth it.

Our server was Kate and she was amazing! Riffs was recommended and I'm so glad it was. The food was so damn good! I had the gaucho with onion rings and the parm fries for an app. My partner had the Ruben, a cup of clam chowder and the roatbeef egg rolls. The clam chowder was some of the best I've ever had! The parm fries were out of this world. And the price was just right. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you again.

Always delicious and worth the drive. Interesting menu, I've tried the Korean pork belly tacos, thai dyed burrito, the gaucho, McLovin burger, black bean burger, parm garlic fries, sweet potato fries, various sauces, bulgogi cheesesteak, banh mi brussels, and various specials. Nothing disappointed and portions were decent. Slightly high prices but with inflation everything is up. Environment is medium size and comfortable american dining experience, slightly noisy when busy but not bad.

Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly seating and food options.

Dietary restrictions: Great at accomodating to dietary restrictions.

This place has amazing food, I love visiting after I drop my sister off at PVB.But with peace and love - and I hope someone on staff sees this - having a campfire gif as your website menu's background makes it look like my laptop screen is glitching out. I have vision problems and I think it would be a lot less distracting to have a set background in the future!

Great food, very busy when we went for dinner, timely arrival of the food . The older blonde lady at the counter was pretty rude when I went to grab sodas, initially the young long dark haired girl who took my order was a sweetheart and answered all my questions. I recommend going and crossing your fingers you get the nice one at the counter
