Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

I frequent the Easthampton and Hadley, Mass locations. I am a coffee addict and need it strong with flavor. The beverages do not disappoint. There is often a long wait for food, but the atmosphere is supportive of the under-caffeinated and morning after crowd. Easthampton needs to figure it out every weekend it is something, either no food, super long waits, no hot beverages, it is becoming too frequent to be called quirky and no longer part of the charm.

For 6+ mo the now the hot coffee lids have not fit any size cup and they leak profusely. But it has gotten to the point where no matter what you do they will not stay. And now it's an extreme burn hazard.

Get it figured out.

A great place to get some grub whether you're meeting someone, doing quiet work, or just enjoying the sounds of a cafe. The food is always amazing and the chai latte is delicious 😋

The people were nice, but I was unable to get the coffee I wanted because they were out of bags. Really? You're a specialty coffee shop and you don't have bags to serve your customers the coffee they want at home, what a joke! I walked out of there with a bag of coffee I didn't want, that was 4 Oz. less for the same if I was buying a pound of the whole bean coffee I wanted. C'mon seriously? What a joke, try harder next time, find some bag to put my coffee in, doesn't have to be paper! Serious problems with this joke of a coffee shop!!!

Everyone there is nice. They make good coffee too. There's a small back room i like. Only 2 tables back there. Not fancy, it's relaxed and cool and ask the things I want in a coffee shop.

When I stopped in for a quick bite, I wasn’t expecting a well-crafted Vietnamese-style coconut iced coffee. The staff was kind and the food was good. It was immediately apparent that someone cared about coffee a lot. The French Roast was complex and intense.

lissseeeen I love Shelburne and this is my fav location they have. like yeah the food and drinks slap but also everyone that works there is so nice. (at all the branches but I am here the most)

You may encounter discriminatory treatment depending on who you are. Was left waiting at the counter when I entered while a staff person right in front of me ignored me. Was then told by the this staffer (the manager) that I’d have a wait of a few minutes. Stood at the counter for more than a few minutes. Then moved to the side. A white male came in and was served immediately as was the next. When I complained to the manager I was told I was informed there would be a wait and that I should’ve stayed at the counter instead of moving to the side.
Maybe I wasn’t treated poorly because I was the only Black patron in the store. Maybe the manager is unorganized. Being told “I told you there would be a wait” isn’t making a modicum of effort to do better. I won’t come back but I would appreciate it if this company could do better.

Good food, great service. But ordering on the website was torture. After 3 tries I gave up and went to order in person. "Oops! Could not place order" was all I got. Checking out as guest required my personal information - not necessary for an anonymous credit transaction! Please, do better.
