lissseeeen I love Shelburne and this is my fav location they have. like yeah the food and drinks slap but also everyone that works there is so nice. (at all the branches but I am here the most)

You may encounter discriminatory treatment depending on who you are. Was left waiting at the counter when I entered while a staff person right in front of me ignored me. Was then told by the this staffer (the manager) that I’d have a wait of a few minutes. Stood at the counter for more than a few minutes. Then moved to the side. A white male came in and was served immediately as was the next. When I complained to the manager I was told I was informed there would be a wait and that I should’ve stayed at the counter instead of moving to the side.
Maybe I wasn’t treated poorly because I was the only Black patron in the store. Maybe the manager is unorganized. Being told “I told you there would be a wait” isn’t making a modicum of effort to do better. I won’t come back but I would appreciate it if this company could do better.

Good food, great service. But ordering on the website was torture. After 3 tries I gave up and went to order in person. "Oops! Could not place order" was all I got. Checking out as guest required my personal information - not necessary for an anonymous credit transaction! Please, do better.

I feel badly giving bad reviews to local coffee shops, but the lattes were just not good.The latte was weak, the espresso tasteless with no body or richness, the oatmilk watery (Planet Oatmilk, yuck), limited foam, and a generally "off" flavor. He sprinkled cinnamon on top, and even that tasted like it was old and carried off-flavors mixed with other spices.The barista was very nice and provided great service.The atmosphere was decent, cozy, and had that yummy coffee house smell.I threw out 2 expensive coffees! That's how bad they were. I can not recommend this place.

This place is an absolute gem. I was looking for coffee yesterday and decided to try this place. I am soooo glad I did. I went back this morning, and if they are open Thanksgiving morning, I will be going back before I head home. The coffee is superb and the food is delicious. I give this place a 10+.

Great breakfast chain that is pleasantly decorated with locally made art. Ambiance is fantastic, and whether you get a sandwich or a specialty baked good, you will not be disappointed.
