Honestly I am disappointed I rarely go to Starbucks, but this one time I did and when I ordered their largest size mocha cookie crumble. At the window they gave me the smallest size they had, I pointed it out and they apologized, but 4 seconds later they come back with the right size but it was them just dumping the small one into it and topping it off with a lot of whipped cream. I didn’t realize until I was on the road. I feel like it was a Waste of my money and a lack of integrity on their part.

I frequently stop by for coffee before heading to work or maybe an afternoon coffee run and can honestly say the service is top tier line moves quickly and everything is done to my satisfaction staff are always friendly! I really enjoy coming here
Usually great, but I think they have had a staff change. Asked for a change in my drink, a small addition that I pay for, not usually an issue at any Starbucks, but had a barista argue with me over my preference.

I go to this Starbucks multiple mornings each week and every single person who I’ve encountered has been wonderful. They always get your orders out quickly, even when it’s busy, the orders are always correct, and the people are super kind and friendly- even first thing in the morning when it’s freezing and most people would be a little miserable 😬. I wish I knew the names of the individuals I usually see in the mornings (it often changes at the drive thru) because they all deserve to be recognized and rewarded!
