Their food is great…if they make it right and it’s a 50/50, not worth the financial roulette. Beware ordering the chicken salad sub; they’ll make it up as they go. Also make sure you get what you pay for with the double or extra protein because I got ripped off so many times. Tried calling them, just rang, never bothered or cared to set up a voice mail. Was hung up on when I tried to call again. Avoid this spot and go to Southampton or Northampton (Walmart) instead.

recently went in to get a sandwich and the sandwich artist greeted me with such anger i almost didn’t want to continue. but alas i proceeded, which was probably the worst decision ive made all day. during the build of my sandwich the greens put on were lacking and pitiful and when requesting more i was told there was going to be a surcharge for this event which is news to me so i didn’t proceed. when i took a bite into my (not so freshly) made sandwich i somehow found a hair wrapped around a meatball which made me completely lose my appetite

The lady that is attending the customer is a real absurd one: She argued with me on the order that I wanted to have and she is really rude.
Worst customer service I have received ever in my life.

1st and last time at this location. No one was in the store still my online order was not ready on time. Rude lady named Jazmine never said “Hi” while she was making my order, also when my order was ready she just put it on the counter without letting me know that it’s ready even though I asked if this is my order “no reply at all” so I assume it’s was my order ??‍♂️ either find a job you love or don’t work in customer service business with this attitude.

1st experience the girl yelled at me cause I was simply picking up my order and she was by herself. 2nd experience I let her know I placed a order, she was rude and said well I have 15 min to make it so. I was only letting her know. Then she threw the bag at me. This is a different worker here. Worst Subway.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. The woman working the store was EXTREMELY RUDE to a disbaled man who was in front of me in line. To the point of throwing a plastic container across her counter in clear frustration. I did my best to be extremely pleasant, and diffuse her aggression by empathizing with how busy im sure they were, despite the store being basically empty. I asked for extra buffalo sauce and was treated like i was asking for the keys to the federal reserve, before being literally asked to leave for confronting her about her disgusting customer service

There's a wretched employee who refuses to make sandwiches the way customers want. Whoever she is, she was on duty Sunday, July 23 at 1:30 and I hope somebody does something about her. I recommend avoiding her shift bc she clearly hates her job.

I'm not one to leave reviews very often, but when I'm trying to have a chill afternoon and all I hear is cursing and yelling coming from the back, it's kind of ridiculous. Not to mention, there's clearly a new worker and the person making our sandwiches was more concerned with correcting than actually paying attention to what we were asking for.
