Dan runs a great place, happy staff ready to take your order at the counter or online.The variety of bagels are extra tasty .with various cream cheeses.Plenty of coffee and Chai choices..try their Rice Krispie squares. Like homemade GF delight!
Tandem Bagel is a gem among Easthampton's dining treasures; it's the veritable crown jewel of bagel sandwiches available to us good folks in the Pioneer Valley. I also deeply appreciate the quality of the Chai lattes I enjoy from this spot. Both the dairy milk and the coconut milk versions were smoothly sublime and rich in flavour. Excellent service, extraordinary experience. Very clean and nice restroom for the ladies, also.

Great bagels for very reasonable price. Super friendly service and general atmosphere. Can’t go wrong with the “everything bagel with cream cheese.” Stop eating fast food for breakfast and go to places like this. The cost is about the same anyway.
Not bad but you pretty much make your coffee they just poor it in a cup the sandwich I had called the Sweet when they first opened was amazing my recent visit confirmed why I won't be in a hurry to return when you make things with love it taste better, locals seem to flock here but as a chef that runs my own kitchen I'm not impressed and it's pricey there are mom and Pop bagel shops popping up all over give them a try and compare for yourself you will see

Smoothies with attitudes, we ordered and went to get a table , not to busy today, meal came in promptly between 10 to 15 minutes, ? great!!meanwhile waiting and waiting we finish the meal.... smoothies MIA....went for a search ?.....and when i asked at the counter....i dont like to see ? ..no way, there are better friendly people. out of my list, no more Tandem for me.

Tandem bagel is absolutely delicious! Perfect and delectable bagels with a ton of flavor. They’re huge and always well made. They’re warm and crispy, and are just incredible. Tandem’s bagels and wraps are absolutely packed with toppings, and are super high quality. My personal favorite is the Asiago bagel, with the cheese complementing the bagel perfectly. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Moreover, the bagels are relatively cheap for the quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who wants to check it out!
