Love the food. Hate how they turn off online ordering randomly every weekend- I can't tell you how many times I've put together an order, only to have them turn the store off before I can finish. Here's an idea- if you're busy- tell me it will take longer to prepare. It really is that simple. Turning off the online store is bad business, and makes for one really unhappy customer.

Lots of interesting flavors of bagels, including cacio y pepe and chocolate chip, along with inventive toppings and sandwiches. The pizza bagel with spinach and artichoke was a standout.

honestly, this was not it for me, my bagel was way too burnt with such a tiny amount of cream cheese and the staff was extremely rude. It was my first visit too but I for sure will NOT be returning

Food was… Very bland, made my stomach hurt. Customer service was bad. They talked back to me in attitude. Confronted the owner about their worker. Didn’t do anything to help me.
Wanted a good bagel, instead got wayyyyy too much cream cheese, like toooooo much cream cheese… then to add to that, I witnessed a blatant act of racism towards one of the employees that the manager seemed to show no remorse to. The employee really had no ill intention. Honestly doubt I’ll return, may have to try benson bagels!

Love the company’s focus on local flours, but we had to wait 40min for 1 bagel egg sandwich. The staff were great and working diligently, but we should’ve been given a heads up.
