Waited for almost an hour and still weren’t served our lunch. Three parties that came after us had all been served and so we kept waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Still our order never came so we left. They didn’t even offer to comp the drinks when we finally left without ever having gotten our order…

My partner and I sat on the back patio and shared the spicy tuna melt special. It was possibly the best tuna sandwich I've ever had at a restaurant. Service was efficient; we will definitely be back.

This visit is not the USBB that I remember. The food was mediocre and the baked goods were not fresh. I am not sure that there is still a heart or love for this operation that once existed in the past.

Food was excellent , will have return visit , had seafood chowder, and salad. Suggestion sand your table tops and shelaque the finish so they feel clean . You have a great selection of desserts !

I eat out a lot. Union street Bistro is by far and large one of the very BEST spots in all of Massachusetts. Everything I have ever had from this place is excellent. My only complaint is they close early! 3pm!? Best food around I will definitely recommend them and I will be back many many times!
Absolute amazing food. Best sweet potato fries around. Can’t go wrong with anything from their menu and you can’t leave without grabbing something from the bakery!!

These guys nickel and dime you to death. Charge to split a sandwich between two. Charge for condiments. Charge for French fries over potato chips. Charge for using a credit card. Goes on and on. Food is very good and reliable...among the best. I used to leave 10% tip for takeout orders like I do for all takeout. Today they demanded a surcharge for using a credit card. Probably around 3%. Sick of the nickel and diming. So, I didn't tip them. Sadly, the company got every penny and the staff lost out on tips. I'll go back because the food is good, but I feel dirty doing so because the business doesn't value their customers.

Place is good. Foods good. Staff friendly. Odd, but tables are always sticky. Staff willing to wipe 'em down, but says that's just the way they are. The owner might consider investing in better tables.

Love all the sandwiches and salads I’ve tried there, and the sweet potato fries! My favorite lunch spot in Easthampton.

The cauliflower bites are my favorite!!! I get them every time, they’re amazing. Also all the soups I’ve tried are delicious. My favorite is the corn chowder, but I also enjoy the broccoli cheddar & butternut bisque. I wish they still had the oriental salad that was topped with the cauliflower bites, mandarin oranges, wonton strips, etc.

Great breakfast sandwich. I love it when I can get a breakfast sandwich on a croissant, and they delivered.
