Ok. So this place is awesome. Having Lebanese family, I know good middle Eastern food. The menu here is a little all over the place. A little Greek a little Lebanese. I was not expecting the awesome goodness that came with the food. The grape leaves are like something your grandmother would make from the grape vines in the back yard. Highly recommend.

I manage a very busy brunch restaurant and our biggest + busiest day of the year is Mother’s Day. With a staff of about 30 working from 5:30am-6:00pm there has got to be food - for sustenance and sanity! But the food must be: good, hot, fresh, timely, reasonable, sustaining, and easy! Joe at Not Just Thaboule made our Mother’s Day a great day! He took my order with ease… he provided delicious food… he delivered it and right on time. The food was piping hot, well packaged, and the staff (a restaurant staff mind you!) LOVED it! I HIGHLY recommend Not Just Thaboule for your catering needs, but also for a hot, yummy dinner for one! I had the most delicious food here. My husband wanted to try this place but I was a little bit hesitant because I normally don’t get this kind of food. I got the tabouli and hummus and it was delicious! The woman was also very nice who was working in helping me figure out what I wanted.

Extremely clean . The owners are the nicest people on the planet. This is by far the best food available in the Easton area. Their falafel is the most delicious that I’ve ever had. No place in Boston or NYC even begins to compare to it. Everything I’ve ever tried is delicious. The prices are great. If you love no pretense, friendly people, cleanliness and the very best food in the world , then Not Just Tabouli is a must try.

Ignore the previous review. This place is amazing. I have stopped to pick up lunch or dinner and recently went to a catered party with rave reviews. The owners are so caring. The food is outstanding! The soups are all home-made.Easton is an hour from me now as I have moved but when I visit my children and grandchildren I always stop by for something delicious!

Very disappointed in our meal here. Got the Combo of Two with lamb and kufta, and an order of chicken skewer. Everything was bland and tasteless, that is to say outside of char. The amount of meat in the combo did not justify the $16 pricetag (three small chunks of lamb and two kufta on a very large bed of rice pilaf). The pita, which was plentiful, was thin and chewy, not what youd expext from a legit Lebonese/mediteranian place. Quality pita is soft and fluffy. The rice pilaf was good but i say that in the least excited way - it's rice pilaf. I wont be giving this place a second chance.
People there are always nice, food is great. I wish they were open earlier on Saturday.
