No tables, no cash. Takeout only.But this seafood shack represents the best value in the island and it is very conveniently located in the heart of Edgartown.Lobster roll is pretty solid. New England clam chowder is tasty. Clam strips and other fried foods are beyond edible. Tastes like all ingredients are from the frozen section of Restaurant Depot, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with that as long as the line cook knows how to prepare those frozen foods. And they do more...
Super friendly person behind the counter. Yes, it's cash only, but there's an ATM there if needed (though the fee for cash at a bank ATM is likely better). Bring cash, and you save all around.

There is no dine-in... it's a seafood and sandwich stand... but there are shared and shaded picnic tables near the Chappy ferry less than 50 yards away. Just be aware it can often be VERY windy there, so batten down your hatches (or clam strips).

I recently had lunch at The Quarterdeck in Edgartown, and it was an absolute delight. The picturesque setting on Memorial Wharf, with views overlooking Chappaquiddick, set the perfect backdrop for a good meal. The Lobster Roll was simple yet bursting with sweet lobster flavor.
