The Covington Restaurant in MV is a fabulous gem for foodies. The marinated olives are amazing, and the Three Sisters dish is a must-try. The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and service. Dining outside on the patio under the lights adds to the lovely experience. The cocktails are terrific, and the spicy cucumber dish is interesting and delicious. While the acoustics aren't great, the delicious food makes up for it. A visit to The Covington is highly recommended for a great dining experience.
