What a delightful find after hiking Wendell State Forest. Stopping in for lunch. The owner makes everything herself, I had the most delicious slice of apple pie. The crust was heavenly. I also loved browsing the antiques. I will definitely be coming back.
If you are looking for a small, local restaurant serving soups and sandwiches, I would highly recommend this place. We came here for lunch and ordered cups of their soup of the day, corn chowder, a grilled ham and cheese sandwich, and a BLT. The corn chowder came out with a large square of cornbread.
