My husband and I stopped by Cape Ann Pizza, and we were really impressed! The Remo pizza had a perfect crispy crust, and the toppings were super fresh. We also tried their subs, and they were packed with flavor — the steak and cheese with onions sub was definitely a winner. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, even though they were pretty busy. It’s a great spot for a casual bite, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

As a lifelong satisfied customer, it truly pains me to say that this place has completely fallen off. Ever since Jimmy left and sold the business, God bless him, the steak tips are literally not even the same as they use to be. Same with the chicken. Looks like reheated chicken and both don’t taste fresh off the grill. Jimmy and the old staff made Cape Ann what is was, in all of its greatness. If you are looking for a good old fashioned Cape Ann style meal, do not even bother going to Cape Ann Pizza now. I gave it 2 tries and they were hands down the worst subs I’ve ever had.
Congratulations on your retirement Jimmy. You deserve it! I know I speak for all of Essex when I say this.. We will miss you greatly and appreciate all your years of hard work and amazing food.

Chicken kebab rice bowl was good I was happy with the quality and portion size. My mother enjoyed her sandwich. I'd eat here again the next time I'm in the area. I ate take out and thought the food came out quickly for a Friday evening.

I visited Cape Ann's Pizza last weekend for a little something instead of seafood. The wrap was very tasty and huge. Great service with many people in and out for takeout. It's the kind of place you know is going to be great because of the smell, and you can get the smells for free!
I have to give this place thumbs up for food. Everything is delicious. Just finished a chicken kabob sub and it was amazing. I've had other things off the menu and it always tastes great.
The staff is really nice and accommodating. This is a hidden gem over the town line, in Essex, Mass. 5 🌟!!!

Ordered the Steak tip kabob salad. Steak portion is great; however could be a little more tender. Could use a little more feta along with veggies. The lettuce did have some brown along the edges. Not sure if the Greek dressing was homemade or store bought (Good taste). I did ask for no olives and received one. Could've been by accident (lol). Overall I would order this salad again.

I gotta say, these guys make probably the best chicken Caesar wrap I’ve had. The chicken is actual chicken instead of some weird almost-chicken (like pureed and reconstituted like in frozen tv dinners) some places use, and so far I haven’t had any nauseating bites of cartilage which is also fairly common elsewhere. The inclusion of croutons in the wrap is genius and delicious. I want to try all the other stuff but am always lured back to the Caesar wrap
