Wilber was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I came to Chuck E. Cheese with my niece and nephew and planned to spend only $50. Wilber took the time to explain the Silver Plan and all of its benefits, including that the kids could continue playing until September 7. He was so informative and friendly that I decided to upgrade my purchase and ended up spending $130. I was very impressed with his excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend Chuck E.
