Terrible experience at this place. I ordered a turkey panini and got one complete with an strolling around on between my turkey and cheese. I returned it but the sandwich I ended up getting was a regular turkey sandwich.. The guy at the front desk gave me attitude about it and I had already given them a 30% tip! Stay away from this place!!

Customer service is lacking big time!!! Quality of food can be great at times, but sometimes you can tell it’s rushed. Customer service should be taken seriously, and when you have a guy behind the counter getting offended and acting tough over basic questions, it’s not a good look.

Visited on Sunday afternoon. Pizza was soggy but tasted okay. Service is ridiculously slow and a joke. No one knows what's going on. People behind me received their pizzas before me. Plenty of employees just nobody working. Employees walking around and laughing trying to look busy. Wish I had not tipped them (tip at credit card machine) as I waited 30 minutes for a pie.

Today January 16, precisely 11:15 PM I go pick up a slice of pepperoni. There was a whole pie a gentleman in front of me ordered wings and a whole pepperoni pie and the gentleman serving the pizza cook to make him a pizza pie and the pizza cook, grab the whole pie that was for the customers on the line waiting and gave it to The guy that was already had to wait for wings. I think that was very uncalled for and bad business as there was a line of people now they have to wait until the cook makes brand new pizza for everybody on call for and I called him out on it and he was very rude and unpolite. I am a black card member and I’ve been very disrespected on his behavior.

Would be the 3rd time I came home with the wrong order. The older gentleman at the cashier with the glasses must be the owner. If you don't have time and patience with the public then you shouldn't work in this industry. You quoted this " I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS" to another customer who you couldn't understand what she wanted. Was not very nice of you! Disgusting behavior... in the wrong business or it's just time to retire Sir.

My wife and I eat out often, but never really close to the city. I was at Encore for a couple of days exhibiting with our Christmas Decor business at the ICSC convention. Despite there were free subs at the convention from exhibitors, I chose to check out Frank and Nicks. Bar none, the best meatball sub I've ever tasted, and trust me I've had a lot from many places ! Service was great, with a short delay, I mean there were 25-30 people showing up for the 1/2 hour I was there.

Staff is always working their butts off, pizza is good and freshly made, salads are decent. I don't understand the low rating, salty people that probably lost money just hating on a good place. One of the best places to eat at Encore if you don't want to spend too much or are watching calories.

My recent visit to Frank and Nick left me feeling underwhelmed, particularly due to the red sauce they served. While the restaurant had an inviting ambiance and friendly staff, the quality of their signature red sauce was a major disappointment. The menu offered a variety of pasta dishes, and I opted for their meatball panini, expecting a flavorful and well-balanced red sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce was watery, lacking in depth and flavor. It tasted more like a generic store-bought sauce rather than a homemade, richly seasoned creation. The tomatoes used seemed to lack freshness, leaving a bland and unsatisfying taste. The red sauce greatly affected the overall enjoyment of the meal. It's disheartening when a supposedly signature dish falls short of expectations, especially when it is a staple of Italian cuisine. The sauce overwhelmed the flavor of the meatballs, leaving a lasting negative impression on the entire dining experience. While the ambiance and friendly staff provided some solace, the poor quality of the red sauce overshadowed those positives. It's disappointing to encounter such a crucial element of a meal done poorly in a restaurant that prides itself on its Italian culinary offerings.Considering the lackluster red sauce and the other shortcomings I mentioned in my previous review, I am even more hesitant to return to Frank and Nick or recommend it to others. A good red sauce can make or break an Italian restaurant, and unfortunately, this version was a letdown.

The last two times I have eaten here the food has been cold. I got a slice of pizza last night and it was like I just took it out of my refrigerator. Ice cold!
