Visited on Sunday afternoon. Pizza was soggy but tasted okay. Service is ridiculously slow and a joke. No one knows what's going on. People behind me received their pizzas before me. Plenty of employees just nobody working. Employees walking around and laughing trying to look busy. Wish I had not tipped them (tip at credit card machine) as I waited 30 minutes for a pie.
Today January 16, precisely 11:15 PM I go pick up a slice of pepperoni. There was a whole pie a gentleman in front of me ordered wings and a whole pepperoni pie and the gentleman serving the pizza cook to make him a pizza pie and the pizza cook, grab the whole pie that was for the customers on the line waiting and gave it to The guy that was already had to wait for wings. Customer service is lacking big time!!! Quality of food can be great at times, but sometimes you can tell it’s rushed. Customer service should be taken seriously, and when you have a guy behind the counter getting offended and acting tough over basic questions, it’s not a good look.
