I was so disappointed for the flavorless food. The place is beautiful, staff was great. Plus it’s in the casino so it was very convenient. I had been here before, and it wasn’t memorable as well. I just guess I had higher expectations for being inside of Encore. The shrimp was good, that was probably the best out of everything I had. I did not care for the Carbonara, the dessert I did not like it was more of texture thing.
This food was phenomenal. We ordered the sea bass, short rib and tuna for dinner. The manager Peter was so kind. We were there celebrating winning the Beanpot and he was so excited for our girls. We visit Biston often and this was truly one of our best meals! We will definitely be back.
One of our favorite date spots; always incredible food, service and care from the staff. Peter and Roger have helped us twice now and we always have such a good time. Can't recommend this place enough!
