Typically, I never have any issues with any of the chipotle locations. But today I ordered a vegetable bowl for myself and a burrito with beef for my daughter. After a few bites was chewing on something hard when I pulled it out of my mouth. It looked like a twig. A few bites later I’m chewing on the shell of an avocado, and then my daughter tells me that there’s barely any beef in her burrito. The fact that she only gets beef, rice, and cheese that means she is basically eating a rice and cheese burrito for $11. Mind you this was the only time that I actually left the tip on a pick up. It’s going to make me think twice about ordering from this location in the future.

Chipotle has great food. Unfortunately, my last four visits have not been good. I ask for a salad and it's sad when you can count how many leaves are on the plate. My salads always were a good size, now below the bowl. I have only tried the Fairhaven location I will try another location before i give up completely.

Ordered a chicken and rice bowl with sour cream and pico. Took about 25 minutes to make the bowl. Barely any chicken. Was pretty much a rice and sour cream bowl. No exaggeration. You would expect much better for the price.

Place is pretty good. Food was good and fresh. Self serve station wasn’t a huge mess and the employees were friendly and polite. Not really understanding if the blaring music is a MA thing or what but it’s the first time I’ve experienced it and I don’t love it. Had to scream my order to the guy.

I have accepted this chipotle is inconsistent with quality and portions. However, today is the last day I’ll dine at this location. A giant black hair found after half of my bowl was gone. I’m blonde and my husband is bald. Absolutely disgusting

It is a fire hazard to lock one side of the doors. please stop doing this and make sure that there is flow for incoming and outgoing especially in case of an emergency.

Older blonde woman was terrible, I could have walked out with my food without even paying, that’s how much she didn’t care about her job. Horrible customer service.

absolutely morons, filled my chips a 10th of the way of the bag. Called, they hung up on me. No way to contact management to report their workers filling the bad so little.

I went in and all they had was some dried up black beans, dry chicken and some on the grill cooking, which looked burned and some carnitas. I asked the person who sucked at customer service of they had anything coming out and I didn't get an answer. He then proceeded to ask if I wanted anything and when I didn't answer him right away, he just walked away. This place is trash along with the employees inside. They had a I don't care attitude and clearly here just for the paycheck. If you don't like your job, get one you like and care enough about to make a difference.

We ordered both chicken and steak, but unfortunately, the meat was overcooked, burnt, and extremely dry. This made the meal quite disappointing, especially since this is not the first time we have encountered this issue—though this time was the worst. However, the service was good, and we appreciate the effort from the staff. We hope the restaurant can improve the food quality to match the level of service.

When will this place get it together? They are supposed to open at 10:45 READY TO GO. Every single time I go there at 11, they are still cooking food and have nothing available until almost noon. This is ridiculous! The employees are grumpy and don’t want to be there. I waited in line the other day for a girl employee to finish texting on her phone before cashing me out. Why can’t they get it together? Also, do we really need so much cilantro in the rice? Whoever keeps doing that needs to stop- it’s disgusting. Just so sick of these people not having it together. Where is management?????
