“This croissant Melts in your mouth! Absolute must try!! The owner/baker is an artist who creates every bakery item filled with love. The atmosphere of this cafe is so warm and welcoming, the Italian coffee is so delicious, the cases are always stocked with delicious danishes and usually a unique item of the day. If you haven’t stopped in for a try, you are definitely missing a delightful experience, a coffee lovers heaven, and a foodies fantasy.”

“We went for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday and were surprised to walk in to an empty dining room. We sat at the bar and we were greeted by Cin. He was so helpful and he was able to answer all of our questions regarding the menu. For cocktails, we both had the Curry Colada which was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we opted for the masala cheese fries and the Pani Puri. Both were excellent. For entrees, we had the chicken fried rice and the chicken shawarma wrap. Both did not disappoint. Amazing flavors and fresh ingredients. Cin was an amazing host, service was five stars. We can’t wait to go back again!!”

“Wonderful service, very attentive and efficient. Very clean, donuts, coffee and breakfast sandwiches were fresh and delicious. A great place to get a great meal to get you through your day and before or after you use the bike trail. Plenty of parking in an adjacent lot.”

“Stopped here with some friends on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised not to have a wait even though the restaurant was pretty busy. It’s in a nice little strip mall like building with other establishments around it as well.

The restaurant itself is your standard breakfast restaurant. Nothing impressive but serviceable. The waitstaff were friendly and the prices were incredibly reasonable. Breakfast for 4 people only cost $62. Can’t beat those prices!

I ended up ordering a hot tea and the hash Benedict. The hollandaise was good and the eggs were poached well. My only complaint was that the hash was clearly canned (which makes sense with the prices being so low) and the bun they make the Benedict on was pretty thick. My friends did enjoy their food as well. Definitely would go back and try some other things on the menu!”

“Some of the best breakfast food in southern New England. This was one of my dad’s go to places to get linguica cheese rolls or a well made omelette with prices that don’t break the bank and very good service in the process. This place has meant a lot to me and my family over the years and the fact that we have absolutely no problem waking up early traveling from Cape Cod to go here speaks volumes which is why it’s always a treat when we do go.”

“I’m from Atlanta and was visiting family in Fairhaven when I was introduced to The Nook. We went almost every day we were in town and even brought some of their amazing Choco Kong muffins back home with us. Also tried their Skooma, Linguicia Rolls, and their cinnamon rolls (the BEST!) The staff was top notch too! If you haven’t tried The Nook, you are missing out on some great coffee, food and atmosphere. We will definitely be back whenever we are in town!”

“Spumoni ice cream The best I've ever tasted. The pistachio held real large pistachios, the cherry ice cream was something I've never tasted and the chocolate out of this world. All topped with a reduction of a sweet dessert red wine. Delicious enough to be served as a gourmet dessert. Amaze your guests or treat your family. Out of this world!”

“I first tried Sweet Sense products for Thanksgiving. What a treat! The cake was delicious & the pumpkin bread was fabulous. Nice & moist. I've been gluten free for 15 years (Celiac) and these are definitely the best desserts I've found. Highly recommend!!!”

From Jill's caring communication with me throughout the planning process, to her creative collaboration in crafting our catered meal, to the brilliant sandwich, wrap and burrito creations, to the delicious side salads and the exquisite ice cream sandwich cookies that our guests can't stop talking about, our experience with Flour Girls was second to none. Not only did Jill and her team show up with so much professionalism and love and care with our catered meals, but Jill also provided our guests with late night grilled cheese sandwiches that were absolutely delicious. “Not even have to say much about it, my experience with the new menu and new manager is amazing. The food quality and taste has a huge difference ( a good difference). Especially the pizza the cheese on it is phenomenal. The new managers are so heartwarming and sweat, and always approach you with a smile.
Note: the free pizza idea you get if your order was over 35 I think is very creative:)”

“We hosted our baby shower at Travelers Alehouse today and we couldn't have picked a better location/caterer. The manager and owner were amazing with communication leading up to the event. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and helpful when it came to helping us setup the day-of. They never let my cup go empty and constantly checked in on how we were doing. Would easily recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. The food was unbelievably good, no surprise since their restaurant food is always top notch. The options of menus for the event is what truly pulled me in. Thank you so much to every single employee that had a hand in making today amazing for my husband and me. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful experience.”

Order & eat, no frills - or, like we typically do, just order take out. Good portions, reliably delicious fish & chips, reasonable prices. Very popular so order early & be ready to wait in line, especially weekends in the summer.”

“I ordered subgum chow mein. It comes with cashews on top. I always tell them NO NUTS. I got home and started to eat and the nuts were mixed in. This almost sent me to the hospital. I called them up to tell them I strictly said no nuts. They didn't compensate me in any way.”

“Nice little breakfast spot. The bagel sandwiches are hands down some of the best I've ever had. If you like the everything bagel or garlic bagel they are the delicious. I always get an egg bacon and cheese sandwich on one of those bagels which are the freshest around. The Only things is there a little pricey. Its about $7.50 just for the sandwich but well worth it it you want good.”
