The staff were stressed out and didn’t have the cookie I wanted, but they managed to still get me a cookie as the police were outside dealing with the kids so i’m grateful for the staff they had during this event.”

The atmosphere of this cafe is so warm and welcoming, the Italian coffee is so delicious, the cases are always stocked with delicious danishes and usually a unique item of the day. “Placed an online order, the slip showing the order is attached to the bag with the order inside yet all three items were incorrect. 1) ‘remove goji berries, substitute pineapple’ …not done 2) Nutelloco-coconut bowl …not a drop of Nutella, no cacao nibs 3) cold brew add Splenda …none Approached the staff to report the issues and were told… online orders come from somewhere else, look underneath and around inside the bowl for it and come back if you don’t find it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ well, maybe next time if we decide to drop another $39.64 that is 😳”

“I’m pleasantly surprised. I worked a bit in a well known, closed down bakery so I expected a similar experience, but this place topped it! I was in a long line, much like the place I worked at would often have, but I waited minimal time, and even better, I didn’t witness any mistakes being made. No one came back to complain about a missing item or something wrong with their item. The girls at the counter were friendly. I could see the entire team not stopping, constantly working, even someone in the back I can see constantly busy. The customers seemed genuinely happy to be there, all friendly. I went to my car and had one of the most fresh tasting linguica and cheese rolls! It was wrapped well, not just thrown in a bag. While I waited for my husband to go in and get his order, I saw more and more customers walking in. It was nice to see. Such a little sign, but definitely a successful business. Will be back again! 😊”

“As huge fans of the Speedwell Tavern in Plymouth, we’ve always wanted to try this place and today we finally did! Our waitress Taylor was so nice and great with our group mixed with kids and adults. The owner stopped by the table and it was great to meet him! The food was outstanding, we all were raving about everything we got! Will for sure be back next time we are in the area! I love that they had my favorite Speedwell crunch wrap on the menu!”

“Pa Raffa's is the GOAT for cracker thin pizza in the greater NB area. The crust is thin, yet flavorful, the sauce has a hint of oregano and the cheese melts perfectly. Their sandwiches, pasta and salads are also fantastic. My family is never disappointed when we order from Pa's.”

“I’m from Atlanta and was visiting family in Fairhaven when I was introduced to The Nook. We went almost every day we were in town and even brought some of their amazing Choco Kong muffins back home with us. Also tried their Skooma, Linguicia Rolls, and their cinnamon rolls (the BEST!) The staff was top notch too! If you haven’t tried The Nook, you are missing out on some great coffee, food and atmosphere. We will definitely be back whenever we are in town!”

I had ordered a to go dinner for my husband and when I got it home to him, his chicken seemed raw. I called them just to let them know what had happened. They offered to replace the meal and deliver it to us! They were so accommodating and even gave us a gift card to come back. AMAZING service that you don’t always get these days.
