Nice people ..love this site.
I utilize this dunkky almost every day, twice a day frequently. The staff does great job making every onre feel welcome. I felt bad for staff when they changed it so no longer could except tips, the small raise in pay from the change doesn't fit how hard the staff works, I've never once seen any of them standing around doing nothing, they find things to do and earned every cent of those tips!!!
10 out of 10, would recommend this store above all other stores. The coffees are always consistent, the ladies are not only fast, but they are friendly and accurate! I will literally go out of my way to come to this store for good coffee. I work in Mattapoisett and live in New Bedford. I will always come here. Thanks for being awesome!!

Dunkin' provides correct orders and fine service, with friendly staff who are accommodating to kids. Parking is usually available. However, some customers have experienced issues with change not being returned at the drive-thru, and occasionally, food quality can be subpar, such as burned croissants and stale donuts. Additionally, cleanliness can be a problem, with bathrooms being closed. Despite these issues, the restaurant strives to provide a welcoming atmosphere.
