Good food reasonably priced. Often good music. Excellent service.
Seven of us had lunch at the Sail House today. Every meal ordered was different and each one was delicious! Our server was welcoming, attentive and responsive. It was a pleasure meeting the owners. We will look forward to going back, perhaps in the evening to catch some music.

Sail-House Tavern is a welcoming and cozy restaurant with a rustic modern nautical feel. The food is great, with mentions of the steak bomb, scallops, scrod, clam chowder, baked scallops, fried scallops, and pizza. The clam chowder is loaded with flavor, and the scallops are sweet and cooked perfectly. Drinks are good, with a hot and dirty martini and a pickle margarita receiving praise. The atmosphere, vibe, people, and service are awesome, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, professional, and outgoing. The owner is present and very personable, and the staff follows his friendly manner. The renovation is classy, and the bathrooms are clean and spotless. Prices are amazing for the amount of food served. Entertainment includes music and singing during dinner and dance music after dinner. Some note that portions seemed smaller and the attentiveness of the weightstaff was far less than usual on a fourth trip, and the change of their pizza was disappointing, as the original recipe and crust was some of the best in the area and now it just tastes like a generic really thin flatbread. Overall, it is a fantastic place with great food and great entertainment.
