The food is fantastic and hot. I normally get it to take home. I can't say enough. The staff were great always. Check it out.Vegetarian options: I have never had a bad time. Typical ambiance and decor of a Chinese takeout place which also has table seating. We arrived early in the afternoon and were seated promptly. Full bar - but we didn't have anything. Denise liked it because it had bone-in ribs. The "steamed" dumplings seemed to have been boiled ( like for wonton soup ). They were ok. The General Gao's chicken was crunchy and sweet. The meal was ok.

I see that SG gets ratings ranging from being quite lambasted to people lovin' it. I can dig the dichotomy. Let's peep this out, aye? The decor is pretty minimal. Some cool Oriental stuff at the entrance and the bar is fairly pimped out but the rest is plain-jane stuff. It's OK but lacks the old-school red-leather booth and gold-dragon vibe.
