Last week our order was messed up on a large extra cheese. Called and manager said he would note my account to receive a pizza for free. Today we gave it another chance and ordered 2 orders of cheesy bread (1 pepperoni & 1 regular cheese) and 3 cheese tater tot’s. Delivery driver came with someone else’s order. Called the store and told him driver was going back with the pizza. Manager tells me the food was there. I questioned on how to receive the pizza that was supposed to be compt to us and he claims nothing is noted to my account. Good to know. Next time I’ll know to never order again

Picked up food thru take out window, very convenient! But person working just said my name i said yes and gave $2 tip and he just took it with no thank you or have a good night! Believe me I know $2 is no big deal but besides that just have a good night wud if been nice since I said that to him! Good mood bad mood u can still be nice ! I left feeling like I did something wrong😞 it's the one thing I can't stand when I go out anywhere and I'm made to feel like I did something wrong, I never post things, I'm just not like that so I feel bad bout doing this, just a simple acknowledgement wud be nice, I work a low paying customer service type job and NO tips but at least will fake niceties to the customer, sorry for the long ass message😁

This food is inedible. I thought, “it’s pizza, wings, and garlic bread. It’s almost impossible to screw that up.”
This place managed to accomplish the impossible. It’s impressive how bad the food is. There is a flavor profile throughout every dish that is just awful-I actually gagged on the first bite of multiple dishes. The textures are mostly soggy and wet but also chewy so it’s hard to get down.
I gave a lot of this to my dog, and even he wasn’t interested.
The Diet Coke was good.

Placed a order online wasnt ready on time. Watch employee put food together without gloves or washing hands moving to do different stations going to back for supplies . Mad when i called them out for it. Food was cold and quality could have been better. Btw when do manager start calling your phone when you dont ask for them. Let alone try to argue with you on the phone . Just unprofessional.

my apologies go out to the store. I guess I messed up putting in my order online. I guess you can give the driver one to five stars but I guess you can also do it before the guy gets there. So I guess I hit the one star, and the manager actually called or somebody did from the store. I had no idea I did it. They thought I put it in before the guy got here and I didn’t realize that it affects the employees at the store. So, pay attention to what you’re doing on the online stuff is what I learned and , this is always our go to place. So if you want good service, the delivery guys been here a few times he’s great. Whoever has to know that that one star thing was a mistake. Let him know. Show him this review. Sorry again and thanks for the great pizza .

Ordered pizza with extra linguica and it had hardly any. Person I spoke to denied that there was a manager to speak to, and when I pressed said they were the manager. Refused to make the food I ordered and paid for. And then another employee came over and tried to act like a tough guy and threaten me over a pizza. Absolutely insane behavior.

Went to go place an order at 9:00 they watched me stand outside the door and didn’t open. They locked up early and when I said your sign said open till 12:00AM the man told me they already closed for the night….. very upset and NOT happy.

I never have a problem. Today put order in at 530. 1 pizza I sprite. Its paid for alreafy. I'm still sitting in my car. Haven't even started it. It's now 620. Girl tells me there backed up. Sorry. So again waiting. Not happy they better give a discount and put back on my card. And finally got my 1 pizza at 640pm
