I wrote a previous review. I wanted to write another one. I couldn’t give 5 star because I need to come back. Associate 5 star. (Can’t remember name. Long haired and black in color and man.) I returned for my refund. I did tell him still think stupid not have manager every shift and came from Fall River. He gave drink and a donut for troubles. Thank you. I still stand by my post though that there should be manager every shift. How do you run store like that. Again want to thank that associate. Deserved recognition.

Waited about a 45 min for a bagel with cream cheese. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I stood there for additional 10 minutes when I finally asked about on one item since I kept seeing people coming in after me leaving with their food. Then the kid threw down a bag and ran away. I had to ask 2 people if this was mine and nobody knew. It was mine but again nobody acknowledged the fact that I was waiting for this simple bagel for over a half hour now! They never made it. This store needs some serious help!! Customer service sucks and they all need an attitude adjustment!!

I had great service but the cashier helped herself to a tip, gave me $1 less in change. When I asked about it, she said that's what they do here, but I could get it back if I wanted to. I've never had someone choose how much I was going to tip.

I never usually have problems at this location the girl i usually have are super nice. This new person that’s here at the register is super rude, and seems like she is always rushing my order. Zero customer service what so ever.

This dunkin has never let me down! Staff are always friendly and helpful, my food is ALWAYS right, my drink always taste perfect and I NEVER have to wait long. This should be the example for the rest of the dunkins around here LOL. Great job guys keep up the good work 💖

I usually don’t have problems at this location but on this particular date I ordered 2 hot med coffees and I “paid” by using my points. The person at the window took my points off handed me my coffee and proceeded to charge me cash for the coffees. A polite tho heated conversation ensued that I had just paid with my points. She was having none of it! So l lost 1000 pts, actually paid for 4 coffees and got 2, had an early morning argument, and had ppl behind me really mad and I’m still mad using having to write this!

Not had a problem until today January 27th 2025 - Too many coffee grounds in my Decafe coffee ,Just under half way through drinking it. This was NOT just a few coffee grounds, so that's just careless! Not an enjoyable cup of coffee - When coffee is near the bottom,w make a Fresh pot.

I visited Dunkin' in the late afternoon for a quick bite. While the line wasn’t too long, the service was incredibly slow, with orders taking much longer than expected. I ordered three items, but waited around 15 minutes, watching as other customers received their orders, some of which were incorrect. When my order finally arrived, the coffee was made incorrectly, and my sandwich was burnt. Additionally, I overheard an employee telling a customer about having a bad day, which came across as unprofessional. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope the staff receives support to improve service and professionalism.

Don’t go here! First off they can’t break a $20 bill at 2:23 in the afternoon then you clearly ask do not stir my coffee with the unsanitary spoon they use and they stir it. You you ask the drug addict at the window and she’ll ask them to stir it again . NO DONT STIR IT. pay attention and do your job the first time or get another job. Pathetic as hell will never go back!
