This dunkin has never let me down! Staff are always friendly and helpful, my food is ALWAYS right, my drink always taste perfect and I NEVER have to wait long. This should be the example for the rest of the dunkins around here LOL. Great job guys keep up the good work đ

I usually donât have problems at this location but on this particular date I ordered 2 hot med coffees and I âpaidâ by using my points. The person at the window took my points off handed me my coffee and proceeded to charge me cash for the coffees. A polite tho heated conversation ensued that I had just paid with my points. She was having none of it! So l lost 1000 pts, actually paid for 4 coffees and got 2, had an early morning argument, and had ppl behind me really mad and Iâm still mad using having to write this!

Not had a problem until today January 27th 2025 - Too many coffee grounds in my Decafe coffee ,Just under half way through drinking it. This was NOT just a few coffee grounds, so that's just careless! Not an enjoyable cup of coffee - When coffee is near the bottom,w make a Fresh pot.

I visited Dunkin' in the late afternoon for a quick bite. While the line wasnât too long, the service was incredibly slow, with orders taking much longer than expected. I ordered three items, but waited around 15 minutes, watching as other customers received their orders, some of which were incorrect. When my order finally arrived, the coffee was made incorrectly, and my sandwich was burnt. Additionally, I overheard an employee telling a customer about having a bad day, which came across as unprofessional. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I hope the staff receives support to improve service and professionalism.

Donât go here! First off they canât break a $20 bill at 2:23 in the afternoon then you clearly ask do not stir my coffee with the unsanitary spoon they use and they stir it. You you ask the drug addict at the window and sheâll ask them to stir it again . NO DONT STIR IT. pay attention and do your job the first time or get another job. Pathetic as hell will never go back!

Woman at the window told us a latte comes with whip cream even though we asked for no whipI asked for a simple caramel swirl coffee with skim milk and got an original coffee! Horrible service
If I could give less than one star for food I would. I just got an egg and cheese croissant that wasn't even toasted at all, and I wrote toasted on the app. And then I took a bite out of it and got a mouthful of some type of disinfectant I am so beyond disgusted and I don't have time to go in and get another sandwich because I have to go to work. I'm glad you guys clean, but I don't want to taste it!!!!!!!!

Ordered hot latte from counter. Fortunately took sip as I walked towards door and it was cold. Told server, she took my cup, poured my coffee into the steamer cup and steamed it. It ended up warmer but it was NOT A GOOD LATTE! Not to mention the health concerns of taking my sipped coffee back into the kitchen. I am all done with DD after hundreds and hundreds of cups. Service and drink quality are way down and not worth it.Goodbye.

This is one of the better dunkins within the newbedford fairhaven area , they're usually never that packed and always been nice at the times I've gone and I haven't had a messed up order from them since they opened but I'm only speaking from my experience, the rating is based off of it being Dunkin ,all is new englanders love Dunkin but it's not a five star joint it has what we want or just enough to hold us over until we eat Eat haha but all and all this Dunkin is one of the better ones to go too , good area next to all the other shops and easy to go in and out , whoever bought that plot of land and decided to put a Dunkin their your a true business person

I have gone there multiple times and this location is absolutely TERRIBLE. I got a sausage and cheese on an English and it came uncooked and the bread wasnât toasted at all. I couldnât even believe it. None of the girls in there know how to follow simple directions and canât make coffee at all I have never gotten my coffee right from there. And the woman with glasses that runs the drive thru is rude as hell and when you bring your coffee back in when itâs wrong they hand you the same coffee that you brought in back to you. I donât know if there is a manager working there but I canât believe that a business runs like that. Out of 10 times I went there I got the wrong thing or got terrible service every single time. If I was management I would be concerned
