I understand it’s Christmas but if your employees don’t want to work the location needs to be closed. I just sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. Not ONE car moved so I had to leave. While pulling around I noticed not ONE car was pulled past the speaker. These people are intentionally NOT taking orders. I’d be mad too if I made ten an hour but some of us have family were trying to go home and see.

These girls need to have more respect for customers. They should be told that they need to grow up and to stop being rude to people who have different political views than them. Or at-least not make it so obvious that they don’t like us. If you can’t stand to serve people with opposing views than don’t work with the public it’s that simple.

My favorite go to dunkin that's right in my neighborhood. Service is always quick, served right, and out the door ready for my day, the staff are so friendly there, they work together so well as a team, and the management is awesome, overall great atmosphere✔️☀️?

Had a coupon for a $2 any ice coffee. Started a mobile order but it never went through. Went thru drive thru and ordered a medium ice coffee and when I asked for my mobile order they didn't have it. I went inside and placed the order and it charged me $5.66. I was not happy. No manager on site to refund me ?

My only complaint with this specific Dunkin is they do not know how to get the flavor syrup INSIDE the cup. It almost seems like they purposely coat the OUTSIDE of the cup with syrup. I get handed a coffee by an employee that is struggling to hold it without getting syrup all over there hands. Then I grab it and now I have syrup all over my hands. For the love of everything in the world, slow down and put the syrup IN the cup!

Service is fine and order correct, but this morning after I paid for my order at the drive-thru the cashier took my money, said thank you, closed the window and turned away without giving me the change. Granted, it was not a large amount, but it’s a little rude to just assume they can keep the change without asking if I’d like it back…I needed to get to work and didn’t want to hold up the line so I left rather than sit there and try to get her attention. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, the first time was only a few cents so I didn’t really mind but this time it was a larger amount…it doesn’t really matter what the amount is, it’s still my money until I give you permission to keep it. It would just be nice to at least ask instead of assume…

We'd been travelling for a while. Both bathrooms were closed. Grrrr. My husband's croissant was burned. The filling was barely noticeable in my donut and it tasted like a day old donut. I've had DD at gas stations that was much better. My mother would have yelled at them as she was a DD manager. Freshness is a must. Now off to find a walmart hope their toilet is open. Haha
Found a bright red hair in my food!!! That's disgusting!!!! I don't I understand why people don't wear hair nets if your around food!!!!

I live 2 min away from this location and I am there 3 times a day for 3 different coffees. I have NEVER received a bad coffee or service from the day or night crew! We have tried several other locations only to find bad seecice and bad coffee! My granddaughter will NOT drink coffee from any other location! I will not go anywhere except howland road in Fairhaven! Kudos to all those employees and to the Dm for keeping them all there and keeping them happy. Love MY DUNKINS HOWLAND RD SHOULD TRAIN THE OTHER LOCATIONS!
