The pizza was good. I ordered a small steak and cheese pizza and a side of wings with golden sauce. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. Coming from Boston, this is probably one of the best pizza shops in New Bedford.

Galaxy was my fave for Roast beef grinder for many many many years. I ordered one after the new owners came in, and there was hardly any meat. I was very disappointed and hadn’t been back since. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a roast beef grinder, light mayo tonight. There was hardly no meat and I think they wrote down extra mayo. I don’t know if I’ll even bother to give them a third strike… disappointing. Chris was the best. Very kind and generous. Sad to see my galaxy gone.

Walked and looked at menu board above the ovens seen one topping large pizza $12.95. Ordered a one topping large pizza and upon check out I was charged $17.25 Pizza was fair at best.

A few weeks ago I ordered a p-pizza for pick up, when I arrived I was told it would be a few more minutes before it would be done. Then the woman a came out with my exact order that hadn't been made. I understand that mistakes can happen, however I did not appreciate being lied to then sending her daughter/granddaughter out to the front to see if I was still there. The woman wouldn't come out from the back and at least explain. Very poor customer service on her part.

I came to Galaxy pizza to order a sub as I was on break for work. It was made within minutes which was great for me, and I have to say, this is seriously the best Italian sub I have had. I’m not sure the women’s name who was working, but she was so gracious and sweet. She was pretty much alone and it didn’t bother her at all that the phone was ringing, orders being placed in person and making food all at the same time. Holy multitasking !! She did not show one ounce of frustration, she made running a pizza shop look easy! Awesome place all around.
