I ordered online Mike's famous chili Sandwich and in the comments box, I wrote Add hots. To my surprise, they added 2 types of hots, Jalapeno peppers and the mixed hots. I used both containers and that was the best hot sandwich I ever had! Thanks for your employees!

The sandwiches are always great, from the fresh bread, numerous toppings, and good service, but the expected tipping option is uncomfortable and makes you feel obligated, and the prices are too high - a regular turkey on white with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise is over $10.00 without chips or a drink is too expensive which is why I'll go there occasionally instead of regularly.

Best subs around! My favorite is the Big Kahuna Steak and Cheese. Absolutely delicious. Staff is always friendly and orders have been correct each time as well. Sub picture looks like a mess, but you can eat it just fine.

This is a hit or miss location, it pretty much depends on who makes your order. I decided to give this location a try because of a promo coupon I received in the mail. The first time was a breeze, from ordering in the app, to picking up, and the sandwiches were great. There was a nice amount of napkins in the bag as well. The second time, not that great. When I walked in to pick up my order, there were three employees chitchatting in the back. My bag was the only one in the pickup area, so I reached for it, because I didn't want to bother them, and one of the guys yelled: "Hey! Is that yours?" in a tone that implied I was trying to steal it. I said, yeah, and my name, and he just grumbled: "okay". This time the sandwiches were very skimpy and sloppy. The onions were stringy, from the outer layers. You can see it in the pictures. Not a single napkin in the bag. Both times I tipped on the app, before getting my order, the same amount. Both orders were the exact same, two of the exact same, simple sandwiches off the main menu. I won't be back any time soon, because there's no consistency in the service. Honestly, I expect much better for a $20 sandwich.To the owner: Thanks for your prompt reply, and your kind offer to comp me a sandwich, however, what I'm looking for is service that matches the prices.

If this place could ever get an order right it would be a miracle! How had it is to make a PLAIN steak sub, do you know what plain means???? 75% of the time it is made wrong unless I stand over them and watch them!This is not rocket science, try listening and maybe have a personality while waiting on people!Not once was I ever offered anything for making the sub wrong.This might have been your last shot!
