Food could possibly be great had I been able to eat it hot I sent it back to be warmed up and it came back the same temperature I had it in before I sent it back then was frowned at when I said could I have a box I’ll warm it up in my hotel
Very nice atmosphere and good food with large portions. I had the seafood risotto. It came out with a great presentation and more than enough for me. I could have easily shared with another person if I'd had a dinner companion.
The service was quick and friendly. I noticed several times when customers left and the staff was quick to get the table cleared, cleaned and prepared for the next customer.
The atmosphere was great and was comfortable whether you were looking for a casual dining experience, or looking to take that someone special to a nice night out.

My friend ordered Chicken Parmesan. She wasn’t even sure it was chicken when she started eating it. I shared the Sicilian feast with another friend. The meat was cold, the sausage was overcooked and the lasagna was terrible. We have all eaten these same meals multiple times in the New Bedford restaurant and the food is always delicious and the service great. We went to try the Fairhaven site out with the thought in mind of bringing a larger group that would be too big to accommodate at the New Bedford site. So glad we went before taking others! What a horrible experience. The waitress never stood still long enough to request anything. Never again.

Our 35 minute wait was well worth it as our food was extra delicious. Shrimp scampi. Scallop Carbonara and pasta were a big hit.

I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs i don't like my meat touching which is why they are seperate, but the place was full of people, it has a bar attached to it which is awesome. Alot of sitting space from tables to booths, the wait time wasn't long, the server was attentive and the server teamwork was amazing. If our waiter couldn't get to us another waiter would assist. Food was out fast enough.

We ordered 2 chicken parm subs.every chicken parm I’ve ever ordered are breaded and fried. This place however used what looked and tastes like pre purchased chicken strips that some would put in salads. The chicken was cold but the sauce was hot. I’m assuming they use cold pre bought packaged strips of chx and then add the sauce & heat the sub in the oven, the chicken was also chewy …they should be breading the chicken and frying it to order. So gross, we couldn’t even eat them and threw them out.

We are big fans of Riccardi’s in Fairhaven and eat there at least twice a week for many years without any negative incident and always delicious food. However, this evening we stopped in around 7:30pm and a hostess I have never seen before showed us to a table on the floor. My better half said that we preferred a booth. The hostess picked up the menus with an incredibly unpleasant expression, stomped up to a booth, slammed the menus down on the table and said in a somewhat poisonous voice “We close at 8”. Frankly, I was somewhat taken aback and a bit shocked but my better half was furious and told me he did not want to stay for dinner so we left. I would like to emphasize that we have never had anything but very pleasant experiences and we LOVE Joanne. Not sure what to think of this unpleasant experience - your thoughts would be appreciated.
